Hello you reading this review about Lovelights. I have had a great experience with this online company and would not hesitate in recommending them to you. From ordering to receiving my lights their customer service has been exemplary.

Ordered six lights that were very unusual and I could not find elsewhere. They arrived very quickly. Unfortunately one had a slight manufacturering fault. I emailed lovelights and they got me a replacement in the blink of an eye.
I lot of firms are good at taking orders and sending goods out, but I judge a firm by the ability to fix things and lovelights get 10 out of 10 for this.
They are now on my favourites list and would recommen

Intended to order lights on line, but I needed some technical advice. I spoke to Lynsey who was able to answer my queries - she also took my order on the phone. The lights arrived a couple of days later. There's nothing else to say except helpful people and prompt service.

Hows that! The lampshades were exactly the size and colours that I was looking for so very happy... apart from this review site, of course : )

Found LoveLights online. I was looking for a specific style of under cupboard lighting for our new kitchen and was amazed by the apparent unlimited selection of all different types of lights available.
I didn't make an order straight away because I had several questions that had to be answered first. So, I contacted LoveLights the next day and found them (actually, a her - Lynsdey) to be very informative in response to my queries. She actually found a better deal for what I wanted than I had pre-priced the evening before - brilliant. Ordered over the telephone on a Friday and received my lights the following Tuesday. I had the lights installed Tuesday evening. I did require an extension cable due to the positioning of a group of three lights, so I had to place a subsequent order for it but that also arrived within a couple of days.
Wife is well pleased !

I already have one of these lamps in my spare bedroom & wanted 2 more for my bedroom. The price was significantly less than anyone else was offering & when I phoned with a query about the product the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful. Delivery was quick & the goods were well packed. I'm delighted

We needed these lights in a hurry. We rang them and they sent the same day for next day delivery. Very competitive prices, excellent service.

what a wonderful lady, I didn't have a clue what I was ordering, I told her what I needed and she sorted everything out for me. it all arrived next day and it was everything the electricians needed to finish the job.

Overall quality of service was very good. Website easy to navigate, products easily found and ordering process quick. Delivery service very prompt.

I would recommend this above any bathroom mirror. It gives fantastic light and is subtle and minimalistic.

Fast delivery, transaction smooth and easy, lights packed securely, fabulous lights at a bargain price that look four times more expensive, easy to fit, no hesitation in using again and would recommend highly,

Overall the service was good, however the fact that I will be returning the item so have to pay £5 for the item to be delivered to me and a subsequent £13 to have the item returned as the colour appeared differently online to how it actually was is terrible, in comparison to many similar on-line shops which pay for delivery and supply a return label in case the item is incorrect which in this case it was. As a result I would not use or recommend this site to friends or family.

Light fitting arrived the same day as the email saying it had been despatched.

One fitting received was the wrong type. They mailed out the correct one immediately and I received it the next day.

Took a week to get here as it shipped from elsewhere.
Nice once it arrived.

The old GX53 led lamps for our kitchen fittings are no longer available, so it was good to find an alternative, and with true warm white colouring.
Arrived in good time, and working perfectly. I hope they last longer than the original led lamps which fell far short of the promised 30000 hours.
