Iwill deal with Lovelights again i found them very good on price and a very fast service.

The item arrived within an acceptable time span and was well packed. Fine

I needed to buy kitchen LED's for my electrician to fit and was completely confused over what drivers were needed. Love lights explained the whole thing to me and delivered my order to me very quickly.

A couple of bits were out of stock with the supplier so they came back with other options for me and all has been fitted and looks great.

Quick delivery and also very quick to send replacement to faulty part (manufacturing fault to screw).

Delivery was two weeks longer than quoted. The lampshade arrived dented although with time the evidence has disappeared. The smallest size shade - not worth almost £30 in my opinion.

I was delighted with the speed of the delivery of my two Dar table lights. Solid, heavy, good quality lights. Bright bulbs but shaded well with the elegant modern style frosted glass shades. I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

Ordered a few kitchen under unit lights at really competitive price incl. delivery and they arrive fairly quickly. One was unfortunately faulty however when I contacted Lovelights the problem was resolved very quickly and conveniently for me with no sending back the faulty part etc. thanks

Although the light I bought was showing on the web sites 'in stock/next day delivery' this was not true. Delivery took about three weeks as the light was not actually in stock. Throughout this time the web site showed it as being 'in stock/next day delivery'. So not an error or mix up in any way, just a lie.

on my first experience using the website everything was perfect from order to delivery! email, text message and even a photograph from the delivery driver of my package being left in my nominated 'safe place'
i have used the site another once since (all in a one week period) and again the service has been FANTASTIC - i have recommended the site to my friends and family
