Lindsey is my new best friend

Lindsey is my new best friend! She has been incredibly helpful and efficient in sorting out dimming issues with the manufacturers and getting my sample order out. So far so good, but am very happy to pay a little extra for great service and attention to detail.

Poor Service

Poor Service
had good experience in the photo shoot but, their service after the shoot is totally different. we went after 4 weeks for viewing, thought the edit would be worth the wait, but it isn't. The photo edit (as they call) is not edit at all. some photos are just been changed to black and white. I would have done those edit in 5 min.
After viewing i asked for the slideshow, but they told they wil send in couple of weeks, as oer my request they agreed to send a soft copy in 1 week (don't know why still 1 week for a copy, paste and send). I called after 2 weeks, they told it will take 4-5 weeks because I am not the only customer they got!!
I took my baby to a park and shot in my android phone and got the print, better than theirs!!!

there are better light and electrical companies out there poor service poor communications and only send out order after you have cancelled it and woke them up

Worlds worst customer service when something goes wrong

I don't think I have ever had to write a bad review of an online company previously.
I recieved my order and all was fine. However, once installed there was an issue with one of the lights. I notified the company, they sent a part. Wrong part. I informed them of this, but for personal reasons didn't manage to send a photo for about 2 months. They were very scathing about this, although have sent a replacement light. However, they are refusing to pay for an electrician to change the faulty one, and it's obviously not a job I can do myself.
The email from one of their directors was very rude and I really cannot recommend this company in any way.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE/THEY DO NOT BACK UP THEIR PRODUCT

We purchased a bathroom ceiling light in April 2014 and when arrived opened box all seemed fine, my husband was still working on the bathroom when it came around to fitting the light at the start of August the Bulb had a big crack, we contacted Lovelights who simply do not love their lights! they said they would contact Dar lighting to see if we can replace at our expence!! I explained it is only 3 months since the purchase well I have not heard a peek from them I have written 6 E-Mails tried to phone them leaving several messages. So I would like to warn others please do not buy anything from this company they really are cowboys! no customer service and they do not back their products, I feel at least by leaving an honest review I know I am doing the right thing, I got a replacement bulb from a specialist shop, happy with my bathroom. Lovelights this is no way to run a business, answer your phone, the customer is always right.

Thank you for your email however as stated in emails to yourself, our returns policy for damaged items or parts is 48 hours, this giving you the customer enough time to check the product is fine and your are happy and also allowing us enough time to make make a claim through our courier if this is something that is damaged in transit. However your fitting was purchased on the 24th April and an email sent reporting damage on the 14th August nearly 4 months later. Apologies if you feel this way however i don't know any other companies that would have renewed this part for free when not reported initially.

Good service for kitchen lights

I Needed some under cupboard kitchen lights, but it's very confusing
with hundreds of options!!
I decided to call Lovelights & Marion Lynsey was extremely helpful, explaining the best way to buy the spotlights I wanted & what drivers I needed.
The lights were delivered as expected so altogether very happy with the service received.
If you need help - call them!!

Loving my lights

I bought 3 Franklite Tierney lights in March, new build, only just gone it. And wow they look awesome, love them to bits. Came well packed and with light bulbs, really good service. Recommend highly

First class service.

I placed an online order with Lovelights and when contacted by the company I was advised my order was for items no longer avaiable. I was immediately offered more expensive products as an alternative but at the same price as the items on the original order. After confirming acceptance the goods arrived in little over 24 hours.

The service of Love Lights was excellent.

I had a problem with the payment and contacted Love Lights direct and the lady in the other end could not have been more helpful, she took my order and processed it very efficiently. It arrived on time and the packaging was very good ensuring no damage could be done. Would recommend this company to my friends. Thanks for everything.

I object to being called a liar!!

Once again.....I ordered a Sycamore SY9980...the product that was delivered is a Snappy SPN8 which looks nothing like the SY9980.
Come on LoveLights....own up!

Excellent After Sales

The lamp I ordered was discontinued so you offered me a larger one for the same price. This was delivered two days later. Very impressed with the excellent after sales you provided. Would certainly shop with you again.

Not what I ordered

I ordered a Sycamore SY9980 as shown on their website and on the invoice.The product that arrived appears to be by another manufacturer.To be fair,it does the job, but I'm sure Sycamore would be interested to know that their name was used to sell some one else's product

Sycamore Recessed Lighting - Excellent quality and look.

I purchased a dozen sycamore under cabinet recess lights with adapters. They look beautiful even though they are not connected yet. I had to check when order would be delivered which was coming directly from supplier. Really helpful customer service. I would be very happy to recommend on my experience.

Great service and products

Good service but slow

The website was easy to use. It promised delivery in 2-5 days. In the end it took over two weeks. When I called to follow up a friendly helpful person answered the phone and took time to explain why it took so long. Apart from the delay it was a good servise.
