I was struggling to get an update on the status of my order, when I did get in touch, I was informed that there was an issue with stock levels, from this point on lovelights were fantastic, even sourcing the components of my order separately so that I could get them installed, this rapid and effective turnaround, leaves me in no doubt of using them again or recommending them to others, cheers.

After looking online at various lighting companies I found Lovelights. Their prices were the best and choice fantastic. It was very easy to order. In fact I decided the following day to order more and they didn't mess the order up at all like some companies might have.
I contacted them too on a certain light and the lady was most helpful. Will definitely recommend.

Have dealt with this Company twice in the past weeks. Needed next day delivery so contacted them by phone. On both occasions I spoke with Lindsay who was most helpful and efficient. The first request involved a call back following a stock check on a new delivery expected that morning. Both orders arrived the next day. Not only was the service outstanding but they were the cheapest in town.

Ordered a Sensio Trigon led light on 6th May with product showing "in stock" and available for next day delivery. It is now 11th May, and despite contacting Lovelights twice (via website link and email), I am still waiting for my product. Lovelights have not responded to my emails...... Interestingly the product is still in stock for next day delivery! They have taken the money from my card and my account is still "showing paid for, but not sent". Shocking customer service.

I was not familiar with the product, I had to order, for a customer, but I found the Staff where very knowledgeable with the Sensio products, helping me complete the order with the required products and required parts to make the system work. Postage and packaging to required address was on time.
After sales help was again excellent.
Have recommended this company to colleagues already.
