Needed some under kitchen cabinet lights but could not find any on the high street that we liked. Searched the Internet and found love lights and their ranger of Sensio LED lights, just what we wanted. Superbly quick delivery, great product, easy to fit and looks great.

Good website but not sure on quantiy to order for under kitchen cabinet lights, emailed LoveLights and received a response the next day with a suggestion to speak to customer services. Their advice saved me money, ordered the lights that night and they come a couple of days later. Excellent product, I am thrilled with the lights and the service, will certainly be ordering from them again. This time for outside lights!

Loved the light - better than in the picture online. Extremely fast delivery. Packaged very securely. Fitted it flush to ceiling and is really beautiful in the evening as well as looking stunning in daylight

Made a purchase of a couple of over cabinet lights following a phone back late afternoon just before the Easter Holiday. Lady who called gave me all of the advice I needed. Although only a small order the lamps arrived very quickly. Full marks for customer service.

We'd been looking all over the place - on the web and in high street stores - for some wall lights that would allow us to light the whole room (we have wooden beams and no ceiling option). LoveLights had just what we needed at a price that beat all their competitors, free postage and a quick dispatch and delivery. Just need to find the time to pain the room before installing the new lights.

Lovelights had one of the best prices for the lamps we wanted. The delivery was fast and Lovelights were very helpful when I had some questions about the shipping method and delivery times.

I ordered my lights on a Thursday evening on their website. The website stated the parts were in stock on a next day delivery. I didn't expect the order to be processed until the following day (Friday), so was expecting the delivery on the Monday. Nothing had arrived by late afternoon so I called them. I was told there was a problem and the supplier (isn't that them?) hadn't received the order. They would get the order sorted and shipped out straight away. The next day (Tuesday) I received email confirmation that the items had shipped, however they didn't arrive until the Friday. I emailed LoveLights to express my dissatisfaction, but I never received a reply.

Really good service and very pleased with the product.

I had 5 lights delivered from Lovelights. I received the order within a week. Unfortunately 1 shade was broken. I rang Lovelights to explain the breakage. They were very efficient and a replacement arrived within 2 days. I was very impressed with their customer service.

Cheapest store I could find for the lights I wanted, order process simple, speedy delivery and superb packaging, would definitely recommend this site. Not had to use the returns service but otherwise 100% satisfied.

My lights were delivered very promptly, however upon discovering they were unsuitable, I had to return them. I e-mailed via the web site contact page for advice, with no response, I then telephoned & was told I had to post them back to the company no arrangements/ labels for doing this. I paid for insurance & tracking.
I emailed to confirm they had been safely returned & was awaiting a refund- again no response.
After a further week I telephoned again, I was told the person in charge of refunds was unavailable but would call me that afternoon. That was 3 days ago!! Very unhappy with the amount of time & effort it is taking to communicate with this company and obtain a refund for what were expensive wall lights.

Very prompt service, had lights within a couple of doors of ordering them. Arrived well packed and all as ordered.

Ordered a light online, had confirmation of despatch within an hour and the light was delivered next day. Outstanding service!

I was really delighted when they picked up I had ordered the wrong bits and then corrected it for me so my lights and driver matched. All arrived promptly and the lights are great.
