Dealing with LoveLights was straightforward and uncomplicated. They notified me that one item was not in stock and gave me the option to receive separately or wait until both could be delivered. I opted for the former. Both items were well-packaged and delivered without damage. As for the quality or design of products, this is subjective, but these lamps are exactly what I wanted for reading purposes, plus I wanted a 'traditional look', hence going for this design with the 'antique brass' finish. I would recommend both LoveLights and these lamps.

I ordered two glass based table lamps. They were described as purple. The photograph on love lights website showed them as dark purple. When they arrived they were bright fuchsia pink.

We ordered 3 light fittings as they were the cheapest deal we found on the net. We thought there was also a 10 percent discount but the voucher advertiser had it wrong. One of the fittings was the wrong colour but it was changed without question and the incorrect one collected. When the correct one arrived there was a flaw in one of the crystal shades. Again this was replaced without question. My emails were responded to quickly, professionally and politely and I have no hesitation in recommending this company for price and customer service. We had seen the fittings in a local shop but as we did not "take" to the owner we decided not to buy there, regardless of price! We will order from Lovelights again.

Wanted to buy LED light fittings for my kitchen and needed some advise on specification prior to purchase. The sales team where very helpful choosing the correct transformer for the light. Made the purchase and the items arrived quickly and were correct.

Good choice of products, quick delivery. But glass shade broken as it was poorly packed. Lovelights was an intermediary, package came direct from manufacturer. Lovelights however dealt with the breakage, replacement - without needing to send the other back - was within two days. Excellent service, helpful staff at Lovelights.
