Easy to communicate with when needed help , good range of product will order again

Great company! Easy to order, arrived in full and on time! Such a huge range of equipment on offer! I’ll be ordering again!

I ordered a pair of size UK 7 trainers for my daughter and size US 7 / UK 5 arrived, which were labelled UK 7 on the box so clearly an error. I have emailed twice with photos, and called several numbers which are always closed even within working hours that they state they are open. There seems to be no way to get a customer service response. It has been 2 days and my daughter will now miss her netball tournament. I would have expected a faster response honestly or some way to speak to someone. They also talk on the phone message about a Live Chat that does not exist. I am happy to edit this if someone could please get back to me with a response.

Ordered a pair of trainers for my son, paid the advertised price of £48, trainers arrived only to find the price on the box is £22. Have contacted them but alas no reply.

First & last time I’ll order from there!

I contacted Lovell Netball as firstly I am a customer of theirs but secondly, I host a charity netball rally every year and wanted to see if they could help! I got in contact and Lee came back to me! He was so lovely and jumped straight in asking how he could help and what was needed! I was so grateful to have received a bundle I would say worth over £200, I was in shock! I can't thank Lovell enough for the support they have given me this helped us raise nearly £2.5 for charity! From my much-needed court essentials to support on prizes - Lovell you've been awesome!

I really liked the shoes but I ordered a 5 1/2, I am always either a 5 or 5 1/2. None of my shoes I own are a 6 and the 5 1/2 were too small! Not true to size. Also then have to pay to return them as they wouldn't exchange for me.

The communication from this company is superb. They have been so kind in support a local netball club. Really quick on responding and completely go out of their way to help. Plus, the value and items sold are brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

My 5* review is for the excellent customer service I received recently from Lovell Netball.

Though I received an incorrect item that had to be returned/re ordered, the customer service team I cannot fault. They were fast in their response, extremely helpful and ended up compensating me for the inconvenience. Amazing customer service.

Lovell Netball have been amazing in dealing either my query. Answered in the timescales stated. Delivery was quick and delivered correctly. Highly recommended.

I ordered a pair of netball trainers from Lovell, delivery was quick and the trainers (Nike Lebrown Witness 7s) were great. Unfortuantely the fit wasn't quite right, so I returned and placed another order.

Returns process was smooth and refund processed quickly. Customer service very friendly and efficient.

I will leave another review when my next pair arrive!

Lovell Netball have a great variety of Netball trainers and our daughter loves ordering them here. They are top quality, great customer service and quick delivery. Her Netball Trainers are made to last and she is often training or playing in them daily so certainly hold up to the test of durance, Thank you Lovell Netball 5 Stars

Really disappointed and annoyed to find that returns are NOT FREE - this is not made clear at purchase. If I had known I would not have purchased from this company. Charged £4.99 delivery and then over £7 to return the trainers via a tracked service. Most companies nowadays provide free returns.

I have to say this company has been amazing today. Without going into detail the customer service was out of this world! If only every online company was like this, ordering online would be so so easy and pleasant.

Needed something for a birthday, ordered at 19:15 and arrived by 11 the next day.

Take the money for items they don't have to sell and ten days on yet to see a refund.😡

If I could write a review with no stars at all I would! Nike trainers ordered and added a sale item which was £4 to my order. Order confirmed. Over a week later I receive an email telling me my trainers are not in stock and they are sending the other item. Told them I didn’t want the other item costing £4 with a delivery cost of £4.99! They are not responding to emails and you can’t phone them. This company is impossible to get in touch with. Website looks impressive doesn’t it? Please don’t be fooled, don’t order from this company
