DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Returns lines are still closed. Returns address doesn’t even match the registrar business so not not recognised by curriers to track returns. Have to pay for the returns yourself. Delivery company they use is useless as they can’t decide what day they are going to deliver, then say “it’s on it way, oh wait no it isn’t” I cannot believe they are still trading. Wished I looked at reviews before I ordered.

Ordered netball trainers, they were too small so I sent them back (had to pay for postage). I followed up week after week and they said they hadn't arrived yet, now they're saying they want me to give them the tracking (I sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class -not tracked). I know they were received and I've read multiple reviews saying they do this often - claim to have not received them so they don't have to refund the £100. Awful company, don't use.

Firstly parcel was lost on way to me. then I returned it, have provided Hermes tracking but Lovell saying not received and it's my responsibility. £100 worth of kit - same happened with John Lewis who refunded the value immediately. Avoid them is my advice

I don’t normally write reviews but just wanted to provide a some positive feedback on my experience.
My daughter wanted to spend her Christmas money on some Air Force 1’s, found a nice colour way at Lovell Netball at a good price.
Ordered on bank holiday Monday with delivery expected by the following Monday. Had an email confirming my order when they opened on Tuesday and have just received the trainers today (Thursday).
So good communication and delivered earlier than expected.
Only marked down a little bit as the only delivery option was £4.99, but then this was offset by signing up to their mailing list and getting a 10% discount.

Ordered a product and paid for express delivery, when item didn't arrive I emailed several times, after the 4th snotty message I got a reply saying they didn't have stock till 4 weeks later than my delivery date. Its now 3 days past my new delivery date and no one is answering my emails and there isn't a number to call. AVOID!!!!!!

I Goods delivered as described and within timescale.

I advise anyone out there to not order from this company they are a disgrace take money do not fulfil orders and do not even respond to emails, the current situation is difficult for all but if you cannot deliver what you state to be able to achieve do not take peoples hard earned money in the first place! 10 emails sent not one response back from an order placed on the 26th of March with express delivery also paid for. Table Tennis table they sent the bats and balls but not the table disgrace.

Same issue, trampoline ordered, no delivery, no response to emails, no response to face book messaging or posts, no answer on phones. DO NOT BUY FROM.THIS COMPANY!!!!!
