I had the pleasure dealing with Adam on a piece of fine watch. We spoke on the phone and got an appointment booked. When we met, he was very professional and down to earth. Once the price is agreed, the transaction is smooth and easy. Same day payment too. I would use Adam’s service again. Fun fact he lived in China and speak Chinese too.

First of all, great customer service and extremely responsive. Staffs are friendly and professional which including the greeting dog - Chihuahua. I sold my Hermes handbags and I received the payment immediately. It's such an efficient process. Definitely will use their selling service again.

Fantastic service
I purchased a gorgeous blue Chanel handbag from Love Luxury. Communication with the store was excellent: I liaised with both Arial and Emily (the latter is the CEO and still hands on!). They were professional and friendly, providing me with the tracking details for my package after I made my purchase.
The bag itself is exactly as described and simply divine. I know this is just the first of many purchases I will make from Love Luxury.

Great Customer Service from the owner Adam, He was very warm and welcoming. which made me feel comfortable straight away and that's the start you need when you’re going to sell your Luxury watch... My previous authenticator took almost three weeks for the result to come out via email. I needed to make some follow-ups via calls to hasten the development, and I needed to keep repeating the same information every time I called.
I am surprised that everything was done so quickly with Love Luxury while waiting in less than an hour for two bags and two wallets to Authenticate. Everyone is friendly, accommodating, welcoming and professional.
I am amazed at what they do; all hands-on, making you feel respected and valued. Indeed it was a good experience visiting Love Luxury shop today.
