Really good experience
Working with these cords was very pleasant. I my project I used 3mm and 2mm cords. 2mm cords are really soft, almost like cotton yarn, but they are more durable and their appearance resembles 3mm cords. 3mm cords are stiffer, thanks to this things made of them keep their shape and are durable enough.
Also, for the first time in my project I used a cord with a gold thread - it gives an amazing, sparkly effect. All cords are made with great care, and the way they are rolled makes working with them very easy and colours are beautiful.

Fast delivery
Fast delivery, reasonable prices. Great selection of colours. My only notes would be that the colour of the blues I purchased weren't quite the colour match online and that the cord is more rigid than another popular brand I buy for which makes it a bit tougher on the fingers!

Wouldn't use again. Disappointing experience
Purchased a medium pink 5mm braided cotton, received what must have been at least 3mm & way smaller than stated. The colour was way off the mark too. Also purchased a colour sample chart, which arrived with 10 colours only. Complete rip off. Definitely wouldn't use again. Customer service needs improving too. Not particularly helpful at all. Very disappointed

- Customer interaction: we always communicate with customers politely and professionally hoping for a constructive solution. Unfortunately, the customer's tone was aggressive and demanding from the start, making it challenging to deal with.
- Untrue claims: we always make sure that our products have accurate descriptions and good-quality photos, as demonstrated by 99% of reviews. We take all customer claims seriously. Unfortunately on this occasion, we found that the claims made by the customer were unfounded.
- Returned items: as we couldn't agree on a solution that was satisfactory for the customer, we agreed for the items to be returned for a refund. Unfortunately, we were surprised by their condition upon receipt. Despite this, we chose to refund as a gesture of goodwill.
Our mission is to not only provide the highest quality of products and customer service but also to make a positive impact on the environment. We were heartbroken seeing the return wrapped in multiple layers of plastic sealing tape and a sticker that the customer put on top of the parcel "Save the Planet - Go Green Recycle".

with lovely cottons, choice of colours was amazing, arrived on time and well parcelled. My only negative comment would be I had to unravel the skein to roll into a ball before use - but it worked perfectly for the job I had.

Lovely products bought 3 and 5mm…
Lovely products bought 3 and 5mm braided cord and just as good quality than more expensive brand I had bought but with better colour choices - is slightly denser than some other brands so I did go up a hook size with the 5mm.
