Avoid at all costs!!!!

What a joke of a company! Bouquet just left outside of flats, which would have left them to become dry and dead.

They were left in an insecure location which then lead to them being stolen.

They were also delivered on a date when was not agreed upon. I enquired about this and they just said 'T&Cs state we can deliver before to ensure delivery'.

When I requested them to be on a certain day for this specific reason. Not sure how they can confirm delivery when they have no idea on the access details and that's why I requested a certain day.

Apparently cannot offer refund because its not their fault and offered a replacement Bouquet. Pathetic!! The same issue would just happen!! Email evidence too!

Ordered 24 red roses balloon & chocolates. This was for my Sisters birthday, and a morning delivery. Arriving at AM. Told it would be late AM…then message saying afternoon…Actually delivered at 7.30 PM!
The Roses were not fresh looking & furious that my Sister told me 2 days later all 24 were DEAD! They told me I could not have a refund. But they said I could have another bunch. This was posted to me..& guess what? They were dead on the 3rd day. Cost me over £30. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered roses and lillys and upgraded to large bunch at £30.
What a load of cr*p they were, 4 roses and 2 lillys, we get better flowers from supermarket for a quater of the price. They were also
late, my sister in-law was admitted to hospital and never saw the flowers.
Never replied to the email I sent them, what a disgusting customer service.
Flowers are delivered by Royal Mail, not in the best condition on delivery.
Do not bother they are a waste of money.

So they delivered my Valentines flowers late. The order was wrong and the flowers we awful. The customer service rubbish they just don't answer. Never order from this company you will be wasting your money

Save your money and buy elsewhere. Bought a supposedly extra large bunch but £25 with postage but arrived looking pathetic. Looks like a £5 bunch from supermarket

Poor quality flowers with not many flowers,delivered on the wrong date with a pathetic plastic balloon will not be ordering again from this florist

I ordered a bouquet for my friend and within 2 days they were dying. I emailed the company to express my concerns about them sent them photos, only to be told they weren't going to do anything for me. absolutely shocking behaviour from a company.

Absolutely awful! First bunch was sent to me instead of the person they were meant for! Within days all heads on the roses had dropped and the same on the bunch they eventually sent out to my friend! Really poor quality 100% would never use this company again! My supermarket flowers lasted 2 weeks and are still alive! These went in the bin last week 😡

When ordering quickly online, I thought this was a shop local to the person i was sending to, and flowers would be delivered personally. They are not, and delivered by Royal Mail. Still don't know what flowers look like, when flowers went to be delivered it was the day after I requested and no answer at the door. Can't even leave a review on their own website.

Ordered flowers, and they were delivered to wrong address. Asked for a refund and was told no, all could do was send again. Explained that the person was sending flowers to was now in hospital and not allowed flowers on ward and so there would be no one to receive them, and they said no. Have used this company everytime for flowers as they are independent, but won’t be using in future. Very disappointed, and looking at other recent reviews, i’m not the only one.

Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. I ordered flowers for my partners birthday. Chose next day deliver, was allowed and waited the next day for her excited phone call to say they’d arrived at work.
No phone call by 3pm so checked the tracker, they’ll be delivered tomorrow. It’s not her birthday tomorrow. I haven’t spent almost £30 on flowers for her birthday to be delivered the day after.
I’ve since seen that they don’t operate on a Sunday (when I ordered them) It didn’t say that at point of order nor did I state that next day delivery was available. They just took payment and ruined my surprise. Unacceptable. Waiting on a response from them as I’ve requested a full refund.

Avoid these cowboys.

Avoid ….the flowers I received were old, heads broken and such a tatty arrangement , hard to believe anyone would box this for delivery. They truly looked like something they had swiped from the bins in discarded cemetery flowers

My Dad recently passed away I sent flowers to my brother to show I care. They arrived on time and looked beautiful. He received them Monday 19th they all died by Wednesday evening and he had to throw them away. I was embarrassed and annoyed that I spent all that money for them to last 3 days. I should have gone to the supermarket as they at least last over a week and you pay less. I emailed them and they asked for photos but I do not live with my brother so had no photos to offer. At the same time as my brothers flowers I ordered my sisters but delivery Wednesday 21st her lasted 3 days aswel. I never bothered to contact and complain again as they never got bk to me again. I spent a total of nearly £70. Never again will I use this company. Supermarket from now on. We have all been heartbroken at the loss of our father, I wanted to do something nice and got let down big time. Check with whoever you send flowers to to check they lasted more than 3 days. Made me feel like a cheapskate.

Apart from Flora World having wonderful bouquets at wonderful prices, my Mother was delighted. Their comunication is outstanding, responding to my small issue was incredibly helpful with their outstanding customer service. I recommend Flora World 100 %.

The worst flowers I have ever received
I received a lovely surprise from my friend after a difficult time and it should have been a lovely moment. Instead, after much deliberation I felt I had to be honest and tell her that I had to put most of the flowers in the bin.
Almost all of the stems were snapped and the flowers, which were not arranged at all, just clumps thrown together, were almost dead.
They were also all different lengths, some a good 6 inches shorter than others so they were not reaching the small amount of water in the bottom.
I felt awful telling my friend but I could not lie to that extent in case she used the company again!
We both complained. She got told she got what she paid for !!!! After complaining further she got a shocking 20% refund which was not near enough.
I got emails insisting they would send another bouquet. The next one was not much better than the first!!!
They were not in water so most were already dying again. The foliage all different short lengths not even able to be put in a vase and generally it was extremely poor quality!!
Not displayed, just clumps of past their best flowers.
I would not even pay £3 in the supermarket flower bargains bin for these.
They also have 2 Trust pilot sites, this and another so I will make sure this is on both as the other contains amazing reviews. The bad ones are creeping up on that one though so one wonders if the good reviews are fake!!
They are so bad I am considering reporting them to trading standards!! The reason being, there are causing awkwardness and upset at what should be a happy time and could also be a vulnerable time!!!

Don’t waste your money on the flowers.
They are nothing like the ones shown on the advert. I bought some for my granddaughter and I’m upset at what arrived to her.

I ordered what was described as a beautiful cerise bouquet for my wife's birthday. When it arrived the bouquet was made up mainly of cheap looking white daisy type blooms with a few very pale pink roses which were already going brown. I could have bought better from a garage forecourt at a fraction of the cost. When I complained, I was offered a 20% refund. An insult!!

My one star review, is from the customer service I have received, as i ordered a pink sienna bouquet, only to be sent a photo from the receiver, showing me a random yellow lilly( in my pink bouquet). I did not order multi coloured flowers ! I am very particular on the colour of flowers, and would never order a pink bouquet with a random yellow Lilly. I was very suprised to receive a reply to say a senior florist could see anything wrong. I will not be using them again .

Wish i had read the reviews before ordering flowers from this company or Delightful Flora.
When you phone they don’t answer or return calls same when you email them you just get automated replies. One thing they are good at is taking your money.

I ordered flowers for Saturday delivery for a presentation at a show but never arrived until the following Tuesday. The event finished on the Sunday afternoon. I emailed them when they didn’t arrive to cancel the order but i might as well have banged my head against a wall. When they sent me a message saying that the flowers had been delivered they did so to an empty show ground.🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
