Tirzepatide compound sold to me says 10mg. It felt like "nothing"
No medicine in vial, just a red tinted liquid which they claim is b12.
Won't let me return it.
Ive been on Tirzepatide since Nov 25.
With another provider and results have been amazing.
I paid almost $360 for level 4 and its .missing the main ingredient.

Their compounded Tirzepatide did indeed work for me, and I lost the weight that I wanted to. However, I found their renewal plans confusing, and more than once got roped into contracting for more months than I initially wanted, or paying more than I wanted.

I had made a re-order for 3 months but immediately messaged customer service to cancel the order so I could get pricing on 6 months and get my re order discount of $55. For 4 days I messaged customer service back and forth without my order being fixed. Even though y’all were still trying to confirm my order being correct on the 4th business day I finally got fed up with trying to get my order corrected and wanted to cancel my order. I was told then my order was already being shipped out. So after 4 days of talking to customer service and getting no where I was charged full price for a wrong order and provided no re order discount. Once I received the order I was told I could not send the order back. Never once was I offered a chance correct the order to 6 months which I wanted in the first place. I suggested this several times for several days and nothing happened. So the way I see it. I was charged full price with no re order discount. Customer service didn’t attempt to resolve the problem and only made it worse by there failure to resolve this simple situation. Seems like the servicing company is some shade tree fly by night company that makes up excuses and policy rather than resolve simple problems.
