If I could give zero stars I would. For one; a little over 3 weeks after my first order (next shipment is about to process at this point) ups tracking provided was still showing label made, but not received. So I message customer support and get the run around. Finally get my subscription cancelled bc if this is how first order is why continue?? Finally received my order today and it’s literally not even what I signed up for. No b12, no l-carnitine. What in the actual world is this business doing?? Please don’t waste your time ordering from this company, there are better more professional companies out there not looking to scam you!

There is only one person for patient support. I received a leaking vial on my 1st order rhat took over a week traveling in the heat and arrived warm. The replacement, I had to tape the cap onto, it would not stay on. My 2nd order came with the cap glued on so prying it off lifted the entire metal and rubber top out of the vial. I used a knife and the plastic cap would never come off. They sent a replacement that had the same issue. Then they told me I would have to pay several hundred dollars to get a new order that would be checked for defects before it shipped. They stole $325 from me. I had to order from another company because each shipment takes over a week. In order to make sure your medication has been checked before shipping, this is what you have to go through. Wow. Just wow. I should have read the reviews more carefully before ordering.

The manual pause for the payment, has never worked, there have been multiple times I’ve tried to put my next order on pause, due to lack of funds and it has always failed to work. And forget about trying to change the dosage, it is an absolute hassle to try and change it! The only reason I’m giving the 3 stars is because the rep Dan, he is an absolute saint and always made things right! Has helped me numerous of times during all the confusion. When my refills are up, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO LOVELYMEDS! AND WILL NOT BE REFERRING ANYONE TO YOU!!!

I've lost 15lbs using other GPLs but that was within 4 months. I've lost 20lbs within 3 months using Lovely. Although LovelyMeds is a little more expensive, it works faster. Especially if you exercise.It will probably be my last order with them, only because it looks like I'm going to reach.my weight goal. Also, if you have any questions or concerns, you

I did a lot of research before I chose lovely. Was impressed with what I read online. I really liked that it also included B12 in the injection. Might be my imagination along with the weight loss but I do feel like it has helped. I'm down 28 lb at the end of my third month and I think I am going to renew for another 3 months.

When I thought I had been billed twice for treatment, I contacted customer service and the reply was quick and professional. The rep explained my error in detail and explained what he did and what to do for future orders. I also like the fact that I'm not being pushed to increase my dose. I'm still on the lowest dose and while not dropping weight super fast, I am still noticing a definite weight loss, a decrease in appetite and most of all sugar cravings (my kryptonite).

I had multiple exchanges with customer service expressing a desire to switch from the compounded version to the branded, Zepbound.
I was very disappointed with the way the customer service agents handled the situation and would not recommend others to lovely meds.
