Incorrect dosing

I am currently on the starter dose. While ordering my second round of shots, I modified my treatment to be 10mg/12.5mg/15mg and instead I got 7.5mg/10mg/12.5mg. Why am I staying at a 7.5mg dose for 8 weeks? When asked about the possible mistake, there was no clear reason why. I'm confused why I would stay on 7.5mg if I haven't had any side effects. I'm frustrated because I just got a generic message from the doctor.

Deceiving pricing,actual…

I was told one price and the actual checkout price was way higher. I reached out and they said well. The prices are coming way down so next time it will be less and next time we’ll give you $25 off. Why would I trust that?

I did not appreciate not being told…

I did not appreciate not being told that as increasing medication would increase the cost. Also I had sent a message asking what the cost was for each increase. I got no response.I paid $169. And then went to $349. I believe. I was shocked. I did not have the money to spend at that time. So it left me short on my bills. I was not told ahead of time. You just took it out without telling me the cost increase. I think that is rude and poor business. I called your company letting you know I was not expecting it to cost that much. Asking for a price break down as moving forward. Never heard back or received a cost sheet.

It took about a week to get my package

It took about a week to get my package. When I received the package it was not even cool it was warm, ice pack was completely melted.

The discounts

The product, packaging and instructions are done very well, and they are quick at shipping and stay in touch with you during treatment.
The reason for only 3 ⭐️ is because I had asked, and been told that the discount I received my first month wouldn’t change going forward. But after my initial month, I was offered a 3 month supply to make titration to other doses easier. But I didn’t know that discount was PER ORDER not PER MONTH!!

GLP1 tablets did not work at all

GLP1 tablets did not work at all, actually upped my sugar cravings, when I tried contacting the doctor to see if I could increase dose, I had no response and no dose increase.

I got my meds quickly

I got my meds quickly. It was hassle free. I signed up got approved by the doctor and have been losing a pound a day. This was the best thing I could have done for me and my health. I am not hungry at all, so it is easy for me to eat healthy. I exercise now three times a day and I am loving the energy I have and my weight loss results

TOOK MY MONEY

Item was fine. However I wanted one was billed for 3. I immediately tried to cancel. Called, emailed repeatedly. A couple days later I got an email back saying it was too late to cancel. THERE WAS NO WAY TO CANCEL because customer service did not respond until 2 days later. I put up an argument. They won and got my money. MUCH BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE!
