I often receive the orders much sooner than the expected delivery date when ordering, which is so nice. They often have specials/discounts/offers, and if you are a member you get a great discount anyways.
I also like that you get free samples with all orders, and you earn points as well which you can use towards your next order.
I was a bit nervous when I read the reviews here 3 years ago before placing my first order, but I have made many many orders since, all without any issues at all. I can fully recommend LovelySkin.com, and I give them 5 stars :-)

I have been buying from this company for about 2 or 3 years online....they have a wide range of products....priced asvper market prices...the packaging and shipping is speedy ...and the customer service is top notch....they also give free samples with every order.....and discount cards ...and often just send free samples with usps....they have nice specials on frequently as well.
All round compliments only for LOVELY SKIN.

The product I received was not authentic. I compared it to the same product I was replacing and the color is completely different. Buyer beware.

Absolutely awful customer service. I received a defective item and they refused to take it back.

Horrible customer service experience. Product seems expired and they are unwilling to help.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years with lovelyskin. They were offering a promotion with a purchase of a full size elta md sunblock product. Anyway this free travel size product is expiring in two months. So you’re trying to get rid of this expiring product so you’re offering it for free to your customers? How awful! Basically this sunblock is useless as a free gift considering its expiring in two weeks for me this promotion was offered in August and i purchased this product at that time. Beware of lovely skin offering these promotions and free trial size anything or free anything because the item that you’re receiving is most likely expired! If I didn’t read the expiration date my skin would be damaged and not protected. Check all of your products you purchase from them might be expired. If I didn’t check this today my skin wouldn’t have been protected. Now I’m wondering if the free samples they offer all the time are just expired products?! Do better lovelyskin. For a reputable company I’m highly disappointed!!!

LovelySkin sold my information to cyber-criminals, who have been sending me spam and phishing emails for months. I use unique email addresses for every company I do business with, and all of these messages have come from the unique address assigned to LovelySkin. I’ve contacted LovelySkin but don’t expect a satisfactory outcome, in which case I’ll be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Caveat emptor!

I ordered over $500 of Skin Ceuticals products and was a little apprehensive about purchasing from a company I had no experience with. Placing the order was hassle free, it shipped by the next day and arrived within the same week. I was thrilled with the excellent customer service! I haven't used the products yet but they appear to be authentic and I have no reason to think otherwise. I highly recommend!

I have only ordered from them once so far. I ordered Heliocare supplements and my order was shipped quickly.

I love this site. They have the BEST customer service. They are reliable, have great sales and go above and beyond for customers. Whether you just have a question about a product, need advice or have an issue with an order - they reply promptly and are always friendly and helpful. They also have a great rewards program. They’re awesome!!

My skin care products came quickly. I ordered a color science balm and sunscreen and both arrived quick. I had to return one item and had to pay for the return cost, which I did NOT love. I recommend buying from them when you know you will keep a product - so for products you already know and love. Overall, I had a great shopping experience with them and will purchase from them in the future.

I have been buying high end skin care products from this website for a couple years now. I’ve probably made five or six transactions and all of them but one were good, routine, and not noteworthy. But one of my orders, the pump on the product had broken, I presume during shipment, making it unusable. I was worried because I had read reviews about poor customer service and I thought I was gonna have a hard time getting it resolved because it’s an expensive product. I wrote them and said this is what happened, I even offered to send back the faulty one, and they wrote back promptly and said OK we’re replacing it. And they sent it express mail. I had it less than 48 hours later, which I had not asked them to do. Plus when I used up all of the replacement product, I emptied the product out of the faulty bottle into the functioning bottle and suddenly had two for the price of one. 😂 unexpected better outcome all the way around.

The little girl who takes yoir order does not LISTEN or follow through. She just cheerfully gives you whatever answer she thinks will make you buy the product.
Before ordering the Replenix Glycolic Acid Resurfacing Cleanser I carefully asked if it was drying and stated that I did not want it if was. She assured me it absolutely wasn't and encouraged me to buy it. I did and it WAS VERY DRYING. I also purchased the Replenix Pore Minimizing Serum and gave it 5 or 6 weeks and it did absolutely nothing.
When I called to arrange a return, another little girl said it had been over 30 days. If I had called sooner they probably would have said I hadn't given them enough time to see if they'd work.
She then said she would email me a 30% off coupon for my next order within a few minutes. That was well over 24 hours ago and no email.
These people are not my charity. I am sure Dr. Joel makes plenty and can afford a full refund, which is what I deserve and will accept nothing less.
So sick of internet companies who cheat, rip off and lie. And really sick of little girls who don't know what they're doing.

I've been ordering from lovely skin for 2 years and have had such a good experience. Most products I like... but when I've had to return they are fine about it.. I've paid shipping but I don't mind. The best thing about the company is that they send you high end samples randomly in the mail!

I've been shopping here for about 10 years and love dealing with this company. They are authorized dealers of medical grade products, they have great regular prices, they have sales very often and a rewards program that can't be beaten. I get my items shipped quickly, and on the rare instance there is a problem, I have found Lovely Skin customer service to be outstanding.

I order a dress and it says that it will be there in 72h. It was on 4/21/2023 I still have no news and nobody is answering my emails!
I need this dress fora wedding in June 10th… I don’t think I will have it on time so I want to cancel it if it ever happen to really exist ! Very very bad do not buy anything for them ! I think it’s a scam!

Horrible customer service and payment system.

I have been doing business with this company for about 4 years and I must say I am so happy I found them. My orders always contain fresh products and they are delivered promptly. They have a great cash back program and the products are a fair price and much lower than other sites. Everything has been fresh. They have great customer service and respond to your inquiries quickly. So happy I found them.

I must say I’m surprised seeing bad reviews, because my experience has always been excellent. With the exception of receiving an unsealed bottle a few years back (which was returned and refunded), I have never had a bad experience. And being a longtime customer means you have advantages when it comes to deals/pricing and free gifts. Love this company. One of the few companies I really trust and where I know the product I order will be authentic and properly packed when shipped.
