Great service and delivery, would definitely order again.

I wanted to order a set of mugs which were out of stock so signed up to be notified when they were back in stock. I got the email notification and placed an order immediately only to wait 3 weeks without any updates. I emailed asking for an update and was told they were waiting for them to arrive back in stock so they could dispatch them. Not off to a great start but they were quick to reply to my email and I wasn't too worried. Then when they arrived they were very poorly packaged and inevitably one of the mugs had broken. It's now taken another almost 3 months (!!) to receive the replacement and they didn't pay sufficient postage for the parcel so I ended up having to pay for the postage myself. Not happy and definitely will not be recommending this company to anyone.

I ordered a lovely boho mirror, I’ve had so many comment . It’s so unusual, I love it. The order took a little longer to process, but well worth the wait .

Another great, quirky product that brings its own style. Think Carmen Miranda but in vase form! Purchased online (although always enjoy a trip to the shop in Tring) and arrived well packaged and securely.

I came across Love Ma Maison on instagram and I instantly fell in love with their website. I have placed 4 orders with them so far and I have been extremely happy with my purchases. They are all so unique and quirky and I have had lots of comments on my recent purchases. The staff are so helpful and service is extremely quick.
