Ordered 4 face masks
Ordered 4 face masks, which arrived quickly. Two were high quality but two were very poor - single layer and very flimsy. I immediately emailed the company who replied straightaway and said they would send replacements, which arrived a couple of days later. Excellent customer service!

Brought a lounge wear in white. It state one size fits all. They are extremely big probably size 22/24 in the uk. Delivery was quick. Especially near Christmas. Was updated via email regularly, would buy from this company but just watch the sizing.

Received the wrong dress- SHOCKING SERVICE
I received the wrong dress from what i ordered. The one i wanted is now out of stock. Therefore, I am very disappointed. The company failed to understand that Christmas is an important time of year, and that they failed in providing a good service, i.e. by sending the correct dress that I had ordered for Christmas. When I wrote this review, I received an email advising I would get a 5% refund to edit my review....which is shocking. Their customer service is appauling, I would never order from this company again!!

Nice designs, but a bit small
Nice designs on these masks and they fit well around the ears. The only problem is from nose to chin they are not really big enough and keep riding up or down.

Decent product quality, poor website
Product quality is decent on the one item I received. most items I ordered were out of stock and refunded. When I looked back on the website for alternatives to order the items were still available to order.
Surely if the items were out of stock the website should have been updated to show this to prevent other issues.
