I ordered a swinging hammock from manomano which was from love diy was supossed to arrive between 27th april and 2nd of may still not arrived. Been in touch with mano mano they said love diy nnod answering phone. Love diy have emailed me saying unfortunately thats a problem with on line buying things get lost in transit. Its a big item how can they just say that. Surely they would want to no where its gone. I dont believe they sent one they are offering me a different one to what I ordered. Companys like this should be banned from being on line to protect people.

Terrible customer service, no item received
I ordered Rustins MDF sealer on 12th of April. It suposed to be delived within 2 working days. After 1 weeks wait I called LOVEDIY and a customer service man promissed to post another tin of sealer if I do not receive it by Friday. So, I call them again on Monday, 24th of April. When I explained all situation, the same man on the line tells me to wait while he sits at the other desk as his computer is not loading and then simply hangs up the phone. After waiting for 30 seconds expecting him to call back, I called again. He just hanged up the phone again! NO PRODUCT DELIVERED and a TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

DO NOT order from this company, you will not receive your order. I ordered a gazebo from a company called Mano Mano and it should have been supplied by Love DIY but the order did not arrive, they did not answer my emails or return my calls, they don't even answer the phone it goes to voicemail. Please save your money and the hassle of trying to get in touch with them when it doesn't arrive by NOT ordering from them
