So happy to find this colour of paint as I just need alittle to complete my living room, during this virus period delivery and prices are crazy. But pleased to say LoveDIY had a good price and it came although it took longer than normal but I was very happy.

Excellent service after being let down by another supplier. Wish I'd seen this company first. Was slightly cheaper and superfast delivery even in these unprecedented times.
Well packaged too.
Will be using again .

No goods received, payment refunded, no explanation
My order seemed to go through OK, got an acknowledgement, but the next day the payment was refunded with no explanation and no goods received. Disappointing.

Ordered 5 April. Delivered 10 April. Very happy with that all things considered. And not only that 2 smaller tins were cheaper than 1 bigger tin too so bonus.
Highly recommended.

Good selection of colours on website
Good selection of colours on website. 2nd order now and probably not the last order from Lovediy. Never used Johnson's paint before, very impressed, will be using again. I normally feel very chesty after using Dulux but not an issue with Johnson's paint. Received emails straight away after ordering, and follow up emails. Secure payment system via PayPal. Only issue I have was not of their doing was my internet prevented me ordering because of Love in the title 🤔 but managed to get round this. Well done and thanks Lovediy. Made 2 orders during Corona virus lock down. Good info on website.

Wow - Top Job
Wow - Global Pandemic on, everywhere in crisis, shops and businesses in disarray postal system groaning under the strain 1 step short of a Zombie Apocolypse but in the midst of it a lone Beacon of Calm. LoveDIY you truly are stars. I needed some paint to finish off a project, managed to find a couple of cans online now rarer that rocking horse poop, ordered on a Sunday was in my hand on Tuesday found I was a Dragons dribble short so went back on to website and found they still had stock in the shortages created by these pesky paint hoarders, ordered again at 9am by 11am was notified my order had been received, processed and despatched yet again another top job by LoveDIY. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or buy off them again.

My order arrived very quickly and the bird feeder is really lovely. Did find that the pole is a bit short so added a section from my old feeder and used two plastic bottles with zip ties to keep the squirrel away which works a treat. Thank you, very pleased

Excellent service!
Speedy delivery and superb customer service.
When I notified them of a quality issue with a set of padlocks, they made an immediate full refund - no questions asked - on a Sunday!
And without giving me the hassle of posting the goods back to them.
A very trustworthy trader.

We order a replacement Metabo battery, which did not arrive. After chasing Amazon and the post office, who blamed each other for it going missing I called LoveDIY and in an instant arranged to source a replacement and it was with us in no time.
Know thats what I call "Fantastic Service"..
