This company is awesome, customer service is clearly 5 *, And on top of that, their cards/products are amazing. My recipients call me every time they receive one of the Pop-up cards from me, Makes my day and theirs as well.

In this modern age of electronics where you're expected to know which icon to select it's nice to know that there is at least one company that has real people available 7 days a week to help seniors (80 years old) with problems that arise.

I was most upset with a product I received that was not correct. I called on a Sunday morning and spoke with a delightful customer service individual that walked me through reordering the product I wanted AND gave me credit for the incorrect product I had already received. To say that I was delighted is an understatement. I have called other customer service numbers only to get lost in a phone tree that I eventually hang up totally frustrated. Not so with these folks. I highly recommend these folks.

I received an incomplete order, and the customer service representative was able correct the quickly and in considerate manner.

The ultimate greeting card for any occasion quality above all cost is immaterial for the love and delight. It brings to all and sound color and motion.

We spoke to a customer service rep but were unable to delete from our account a credit card number that we no longer use because it was stolen along with our identity in a recent theft.

Your customer service women was absolutely wonderful and promptly got a new card on it's way. BUT that does not excuse the fact that you lost the original order, but managed to charge my credit card on time. The birthday card will now be arriving 6 days late instead of a week early, as planned.

Excellent, unique, and delightful cards for whatever occasion you want to celebrate. I have purchased many LovePop cards and, whether family, friends, or business associates, they bring joy and smiles to the recipients. Customer service has always been there to immediately correct and satisfy the few problems that pop up. All this and reasonable prices, too.

I've been buying Love Pop cards for years. They are beautifully designed and made. Every recipient has been really blessed by the card they received. Our adult children and grandkids save cards we have send for holidays and display them each year. Recently my order had not arrived within the delivery window. Customer Care responded to my email inquiry within hours and resolved the issue by sending a duplicate order at no cost to me. That's what I call great service. Highly recommend Love Pop.

My older sister passed away 2 years ago. She was a very wonderful person. She loved nature & was a bird watcher! Her favorite was the chickadee! The ornament card is PERFECT!! 😍 👍

I ordered a card that was defective, the customer service agent made it right by replacing it!!

The agent was so attentive and cared about my situation. She not only fixed the issue but she made sure the card made it in time for our anniversary. It makes me want to choose LovePop again.
