I was amazed at the large size and quality of my purchases - the large Nativity, the 12 day Advent calendar and the nutcracker ballerina. I have yet to receive the the Santa flying over the house pop up card as it was back-ordered. I am always pleased with my purchases and know the recipients do too. My 2 year old plays his cards over and over, making all company watch the musical, lighted pop up cards! Great job Lovepop, I can't wait to see what you can do next!! Cate

I called to get help on an additional order. I believe your staffer's name was Jess. She was Excellent!!! Answered my questions, was very polite and very affirming. I gave Jess some ideas about how good your company was + added suggestions. (Like keep printing the Tool Box card - it is PERFECT to give to our repairman, contractor for jobs, etc. Jess will tell you all of my comments.

There was a problem with a postage due on one of my orders. I emailed the issue and it was taken care of and a refund for my entire order was given.

The cards are fine, the shipping was OK, but the aftermath of constant emails and texts trying to sell more is outrageous. Daily text and emails no matter what I do to attempt to unsubscribe, block, or classify as spam, that crap keeps on coming. Fair warning…

Customer service is excellent. My first card was either lost or stolen. Certainly not the company's fault. They immediately issued a replacement.

I have been sending Lovepop cards for several years, both within the U.S. and internationally, with no problem. Two Forever stamps or two International stamps were enough to get each card to the addressee with no problem. This month, being Halloween, I ordered well over $100 worth of cards, some with lights and others with lights and music, wrote on each, addressed and stamped them as always, placing each in the USPS mail slot. Two days later, they were returned to me with a note from our local USPS saying these cards could not be sent with the present postage, which exceeded First Class mail qualifications and had to be mailed as packages, a minimum of $5.64 each for domestic, and $17.26 for International, along with a customs declaration. Sadly, I have already ordered Lovepop Christmas cards, again, well over $100, many to be sent internationally, which now cannot be sent unless I want to spend close to $200 in postage, and although many of those Christmas Lovepop cards have not yet arrived, I imagine I am stuck with them. Lovepop will no longer be my cards of choice, because not only are they expensive to purchase, but they have now become very expensive to send!
