The card is just so unique and substantial in size and detail- it’s a card that both stands out and is quite special. Customer Service was extremely helpful when I unfortunately had not one but two delivery problems and I was afraid I wouldn’t have time to get it mailed to CA before Halloween.

I’ve been priced out…
I’ve been sending Lovepop cards since the beginning, I always had a message printed and had it sent to the recipient for less than $20, now it’s almost $30 so unfortunately I’ve been priced out. It’s too bad because their product is outstanding but just can’t justify that much for a card.

Quick and responsive Customer Service
These cards are so fun to send out. My family and friends enjoy receiving them!
One of my orders was delayed but I thought was lost in the mail. I contacted Customer Service via e-mail and they answered me within a few hours via e-mail. And they proposed multiple solutions including resending new cards. They were amazing!!!
It ends up the cards came later but within the shipping time frame Love Pop promised! So, it was all good!
