Great customer service from a local family business. Our old washing machine went kaput so we needed a new one. After discussions with Sam and David we decided to order a Bosch machine which was very competitively priced compared to the big on line retailers with price including delivery and removal of the old machine. Loveridges were able to arrange delivery and installation same day. Will the engineer was very pleasant and proficient. I've no hesitation in recommending this business.

Our five year old Beko cooker needed a new grill element so we turned to local firm, Loveridges, for help. They came out to inspect the cooker, ordered the part and were back to fit it within five days. We had never used Loveridges before but the fact that we were the 9th customer their engineer had been to that day, speaks volumes. Brilliant service! Highly recommended.

Family ran business, we had a boiler replacement and I was astonished how quick this was done from diagnosis of our old boiler fault to quote for a new replacement fitted and up and running in less than a week. We have also bought appliances from Loveridges installed plumbed in and wired in and old appliances taken away

What an amazing company to deal with, a friendly family team, within a day we have a new oven. Thank you for being so efficient and saving Christmas :-)

This family business, in all things plumbing, have done a great job renovating my outside toilet. They fitted plasterboard insulation, did the plastering, tiling, installed the toilet and basin plus the flooring. Rather than getting the hot water from the house, they suggested a small water heater be installed. And the bill is the same as the original quote. I have used this company repeatedly since they installed a Vaillant gas boiler 7 years ago. They are polite, considerate, tidy and trustworthy.
