This site is scam site.

This site is scam site.
I am commenting because this site would be a scam site.
I ordered a jersey on Jan 25 2022 and as of 9/13 I have not received it yet.
I have contacted them several times only to receive a response that it is in the process of being arranged, but recently there has been no response.
I receive only advertisement e-mails every day. It is very well designed and attractive.
Maybe they are looking for people like me who order without knowing.
Please be careful.

If LOVE THE PAIN is not a scam site and you intend to deliver the goods, please let me know.
If not, I think "THE PAIN" = "scammed".

They are scammers

They are scammers. In December 2020, I ordered clothes and until today I have not learned 2 more things from my order. Before that, they pulled me very hard with every thing, I wrote letters to them and only after that I received my order. Situation today: I didn’t receive 3 things from the order, they blocked me on instagram, they don’t respond to SMS, some Josh Smith writes me every time with surprise. Oh, it’s probably a covid loss… although I have dozens of letters to them!!! don't trust them! don't buy anything!
I have screenshots of all correspondence and all letters! And their promises😡

Great kit, delay was our fault due to mis-communication

We waited for an extra week but it was because we did say we were adding to the order and they waited. The Kit arrived in the UK and we are really impressed, we have done a second order as well.
The correspondence could be better on status but we are happy with the kit and the products are great

Do not give this company your money

This company will take your money but will not deliver. I have been going back and forth with them for 8 months over a custom order of $3K. Products ship sporadically, not in full or not the correct product. I am still outstanding almost $2K in product and art credits, but get nothing but the run around. I have been forced to take legal action.

You won’t get your order

You won’t get your order. I placed an order in March of 2020 and received 1 of the jerseys after several emails back and forth one year later in 2021. I never have friends that never received any portion of their orders. Don’t order from here!

Stiiiillllll waiting

I ordered a pink camo ladies jersey in May 2022 for a friend's birthday. It arrived within a couple weeks. Great product. I liked it enough to order two mens jerseys for myself on June 1, 2022—the Greys and the Man Man. I received the Greys jersey on July 20, 2022. I'm still awaiting the Man Man. I've emailed them, but no response. I used their chat feature on their website but it says it's not connected. What's up, Love the Pain? 20-pages of mostly bad reviews here and many more on BBB. I'd like to just cancel the Man Man jersey at this point. For the amount I paid, I could've ordered from Neopro and received my stuff by now. Maybe I'll get to wear the Man Man jersey in summer of 2024? Get with it, LTP! Very poor customer service.

This company will take forever to…

This company will take forever to deliver your order if you ever get it. It took 7 months to receive a jersey I ordered off the website and all I got was excuse after excuse. I hate to say it I rarely wear it because I don’t like supporting a company that does business this way, although it does give me a chance to tell people to shop elsewhere when I do wear it.

In response to the raffle ticket I purchased, the raffle ticket was purchased on 10/8/21 in hopes that you would finally send me my jersey which was purchased on 5/31/21 to which you finally shipped on 12/15/21. I don't know why you feel it was just purchased. No one has ever told me to write a review the only reason I even post this is the warn everyone about the fake 5 star reviews you pay people with gift certificates to write for you. This company will tell you that they will give you a $50 gift certificate if you write a positive review for them. I know this for a fact because one of my friend's had that happen and still didn't receive their product for 7 or 8 months.

Love the pain what a good name for this company

08/16/2002 to 09/14/2022
Edit 11/13/2022
After more than 1 week no answer to my email to pay the extra reshipment cost
Again Love the pain are liars and in addition they allow themselves to speak badly to you or even insult you when they deign to answer you

Edit 11/02/2022
On BBB review they answer this is me who lost the package but like I have already explain with the complain to UPS, this is from there side the adresse issue
Love the pain write to me I have 1 week to answer (f…ing joke)
I send all the detail again
In one week I don’t think there will be anything new like all time with LOVE THE PAIN

Edit 10/05/2022
If there adresse are good they are just near the UPS customer office in LA
But since august and there excuse about a UPS problem nothing new
I think Love the pain is a good topic for a Netflix documentary

Edit 09/14/2022:
Like usual from love the pain no answer since my last email with all the information about the tracking and the answer from UPS
I filed a complaint with my bank and the credit card company for e-commerce fraud
.
.
Edit 09/06/2022:
Answer from UPS after an investigation ticket opened from me :

“UPS initiated contact with the sender to obtain clearance information. Once received, UPS will submit for clearance. / The package will be returned to the sender.”

Like me and all the others customers from LOVE THE PAIN, UPS never received an answer so the package return to the sender
.
.
Edit 08/28/2002
Nothing new, the tracking number is weird
UPS are great first time that take so long for a package
I think this shipment was a fake 😞
.
.
Edit 08/16/2022 :
After several email finally an update with a tracking number
I don’t know nothing about a first shipment this is the first time I have a tracking number
We must not play on the nationalist side and place ourselves as a victim
When you do business you have to respect the customer
If finally I receive my order and everything is good I will write it
Wait and see

08/16/2022 :
I never received my order since may 2022
Always the same answer from there side “your kit is beautiful and will send this week”
I tried to found there factory in LA without result
The business address is not the real company address
It’s a scam

it is sad to see that anyone no matter what can say anything. This customer is from France and ordered a custom item that was lost in the mail. We remade it and let the customer know it was shipping this week. The customer is trying to get money or credit and has threatened to say bad things about our Small American company. Anyone is welcome to visit our factory in Los Angeles. You can email us at painhunter1@lovethepain.com for an appointment. We have great customers stop in from around the world all the time.

Zero

Zero. Order from October 2020 never sent. It is August 2022. Requested refund multiple times and have been told they won’t do it since goods are already in production (for almost two years). It is a shame because stuff looks cool but do not buy from them. They are crooks.

Cool jerseys perfect service

I had ordered 3 jerseys recently and I have to say after reading some of the reviews here I was pretty curious if I would ever get it delivered.

Finally I was surprised … the service was really perfect with daily updates of the tracking and after 10 day the shirts are delivered today

I love them !

I’d give this company a 0 if I could

I’d give this company a 0 if I could. Talk about a scam. I never would refer anyone to support this company. I was an ambassador several years ago. Took months to get the kit which didn’t fit and it was too late in the season to race. They offered me store credit so bought more things. They shipped the wrong size jersey and when I shipped it back they charged me a restocking fee. I personally spoke to the owner. He promised me a kit, it never came. So more money and time wasted on this pathetic company. Save yourself the money and support a legit brand that actually levels up to their values. Wish I would have went to my CC to void the charges. Maybe they’ve changed but doubtful.

I am feeling the pain

I would love to love the pain but after 9 weeks of not even a shipment notification I am feeling the pain. The product looks awesome on the website but after paying very high price for a product I would hope it would learn from past reviews. I wish I would have done my due diligence prior to order. If you need the product within 6 months I would look at any other manufacturer. Good thing my Ironman isn’t scheduled until 2023 or I would be concerned. Just hate representing brand now if I ever do receive the product I purchased 9 weeks ago.

STILL CAUSING PAIN 16 MONTHS WAITING

I placed my order and paid for the items in March 2021 and here we are in July 2022 and no products received and money not refunded - despite multiple requests. This company is a scam. They provide products to high profile athletes to promote themselves, once they have you on the hook they take your money and don’t honour orders. This is fraud and theft. The owners of this company clearly have no personal morals or sense of ethics. DO NOT place an order unless you’re willing to lose your money forever. Oh, and they do no respond to emails, which is why I have had to resort to leaving a public review. LTP13211

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking. I paid 500 USD + 85 USD for a tri suit and customizations back in Feb-2021. We are in June 2022 and nothing received.
Customer service and communications is at best nonexistent otherwise its lies, excuses, false promises.
“Your suit is in production”
“We will send you the shipping details on Tuesday”
And the weird thing is they continuously advertise for products and new apparel. They dont answer their emails, nor their comments on social media.
No refunds.
I am completely in utter disbelief with this company that seriously should be shut down.
