Can’t wait to wear it

The product first attracted me because it is made in the USA. I saw so many tri kits I liked but there was a specific one in the outlet that had my eye. I usually wear a medium but it was only available in small. I sent a message inquiring about the right fit for my size and I received an immediate response. The individual was extremely helpful and ultimately was the reason I decided to make the purchase. The item arrived in less than a week and the quality is superb. I can’t wait to wear it. I will certainly shop at “Love the Pain” again. Thank you!

They are a SCAMMING disorganized and…

They are a SCAMMING disorganized and unethical bunch of CHARLATANS. Please BEWARE, you will not get your merchandise and definitely not in an appropriate timing (if you lucky). I lost $475 on a kit, that Ben& co. just refuses to deliver or refund. Please support legit business with hard working people. This one is NOT one of them!!

Lovethepain.com is a scam website

Lovethepain.com is a scam website. I placed an order at the start of November 2022. They rarely reply to emails and when they do it is conflicting advice (your order is processing, your order is about to be sent, your order is going into production, we need you to re-confirm your address). It is a SCAM plain and simple. Do not order from this company. Immoral, unethical, preying on the goodwill of athletes.

I ordered a trisuit in October 2022 for more than 300 USD for an Ironman event I had in March! 2023. You would think 4 months would be enough time for them to prepare the trisuit right? AWEFUL its been more than 5 months! I have trying to contact them and they just do not respond, I have requested through their chat online, website and email a reimbursement or a specific date and just do not receive any response. If you can't deliver an order, just return the money. Why the heck do you take such a long time? I also contacted them for an expedited delivery and they charged me 00 USD FOR this and still after 5 months have not recieved anything, not even an email!!!! this is a FRAUD! Terrible company, Terrible service, Terrible communication it just SUCKS!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LOVE THE PAIN

Awful Customer Service

I should have checked Trust Pilot before ordering. I placed an order on July 25, 2022, and paid in full for the products plus shipping. Now 7 and a few months later I still am waiting for delivery. POOR SERVICE. We all understand production delays and various other stuff that can happen, but there is literally NO COMMUNICATION from their side! I have the online chat open permanently on their website, and other than the occasional bot response... no chat, no communication, no nothing. I have sent over a dozen emails, some of which got responses like "we will be shipping soon" ... alas! I see that "soon" is a relative term for this company.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & DELIVERY

I ordered a trisuit sometime in March 2018 for my first Ironman event in November 2018. You would think 8 months would be enough time for them to prepare the trisuit right? NOPE! They took over 6 months to deliver, that too because I messaged them about it. After a lot of messages, they wanted to 'sue' me because they said I was rude. WELL HELLO, if you can't deliver an order, just return the money. Why the heck do you take such a long time to sew a trisuit? Is it made of gold? and even after receiving the trisuit, I didn't feel good to want to wear it - only cos I had a terrible mental and emotional experience with LOVE THE PAIN.

Can't fulfill Orders - Operations problems

There are some major operations/ownership issues with this company. They do excellent in Marketing, but can't fulfill orders. They make amazing products (I do own a tri-jersey and it's awesome!), but expect to wait for 5 to 6 months. Custom orders should take around 1 to 2 months, not 5 to 6.

It's sad because triathlon athletes do need to receive their orders in some sort of timely manner. By the time you get your order, your race will be over.

Processing a refund and/or getting your money back may need to go through your credit card company. I ended up placing another order for some swim jammers, and now after 4 months, I can't wait any longer. The order was placed in August. It's now February.

Everything is wrong with them. They take your money and wont send your order. Most of the times they wont reply, and if they do, they tell you that they will be back to you, they never are. Avaid them at all cost. I still don´t know how they are not legally shut down.

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE...NOT WORTH…

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE...NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!

My purchase was placed on Oct. 30th, 2022 at Love the Pain Web Store. There was a 50% coupon available and I'd been thinking of purchasing from LTP before, but couldn't justify a $350.00+ price tag, per item.

When I placed the order (Be Awesome Today Men's S Trisuit) I was informed the item was in stock, at the outlet, and ready to ship by the LTP staff. The product had finished production, and I should expect the receive the item within 6 weeks, top. Well, fast forward almost 12 weeks to December 3rd, I requested an update by e-mail, to which I was told it would ship by Dec 12th. I requested two updates thereafter and received not response from LTP staff. Because of this I submitted a dispute with my financial institution for failing to receive my merchandise within the specified time-frame. LTP staff sent a scathing e-mail...["You made a credit card dispute??? Why would you do such a thing??? This is not ok. You ordered a hand made garment which is being made now. Lead time is 6-8 weeks as posted without delay. our suit was to ship Tuesday. We will be forced to place you in collections for the amount disputed, fees, and losses."]. my response: ["This order was placed on Oct 31st, which you replied to a estimated 4-6 weeks working time, in writing. Additionally, I asked for an update on the product on Dec. 3rd for which you replied it would be shipped on Dec, 14th the Tuesday after my inquiry. After that nothing else was said nor was the product shipped. Out of good faith I waited an additional two weeks and requested an update, to which I received no response, so I submitted a dispute for not receiving the product as promised, in writing. I’d rather, at this point, you can keep the item, and cancel the entire order. I do not wish to do business with you due to your unprofessionalism at this point in the relationship. It’s interesting that it took a credit card dispute to get your attention and I’m just happy to cancel the order and you provide a refund, after which I’ll be happy to cancel the pending litigation."] - Additionally, LTP finally sent the product and I received it today.

A couple things...I'm so glad I did not pay full retail ($350.00) for this item! The quality is not what I was expecting and feel the product is far less superior than it's competitors (i.e. Eliel Cycling, Spaero, Trimtex), all of which I own TriSuits from. 1) The stitching is sub-par to what I would expect from a "high-quality" piece in that I can see both pieces of fabric through the stitching and the fabric is separating. 2) the piece wreaks of smoke, yes! As in someone smoked during the production process and failed to at least wash the garment. 3) The chamois pad which is built in is poorly sewn into the suit and does not fit/form well to the body from front to rear. 4) The fit is not exemplarly of a high-end tri-suit (I race in Tri-Suits often!). The leg grippers are extremely tight around the thigh and the arm sleeves are also very tight and constricting. I wear a size small from competitors and have never run into this situation. 5) The zipper is a YKK 2 zipper, but there is no protector which separates the zipper from skin contact. This makes for uncomfortable wear and the zipper continually rubs against the skin.

Overall, do not give LTP your business unless you want a sub-par product. Spend your hard earned cash somewhere else. I am throwing away the LTP trisuit because Ben Haas most definitely not take this product back and I'm ok with that..I know for sure I will not recommend this company to my fellow racers.

UPDATE:
Since having this product, it has completely fallen apart and the materials are completely destroyed from a few washes. It’s disintegrated and the materials are extremely thin. 4/16/23

The best jersey I've ever owned

I bought a shirt from Love The Pain a few years ago and it has been, by far, the best cycling jersey I have ever owned. I've been riding and racing since 1987 and have worn a lot of gear. Beware of knock offs like "Most Pains" different company. LOVE THE PAIN is the real deal and excellent quality!
