I ordered 1 try suit and two running…
I ordered 1 try suit and two running shirts, one for myself and one for my wife. These were custom orders placed in December 2022 and I did not receive the suit and my wife's shirt until May of 2023 and I have yet to receive my running shirt as of August 2023. They did not make the custom order as we had discussed and changed the design without notice and refused to make it right. They refuse to refund my money. They have lied to the BBB stating that all items have been sent, which if you look at the multiple complaints on the BBB website about this company, this seems to be a recurring issue. They have lied to me over multiple emails for 7 months and now have stolen my money due to their refusal to send the product I ordered or refund my money. Just know if you do business with them, you likely will not receive your product nor your money back and they will simply stop communicating with you.
Don't buy there!
I ordered on Dec 1st 2022 and am still waiting. At first they are really friendly - but as soon as you purchase: Horrible customer service. No replys to emails or the occasional reply saying "we are going to send it next week". It's been 9 months! I want my money back.
Scammers
I bought a custom trisuit, cycling jersey and podium shirt. After 3 months ..saying that i would contact the bank to cancel the payment they met with me and made the custom trisuit then had to chase them again to produce it and send it. Never designed the cycling jersey and podium shirt and after 1 year sending mails and instagram messages they said all was sent.. i answered "how could you send me a custom product that was never designed!" and they blocked me. Dont buy at this company. I made my new custom suit with Bioracer and is better quality, cheaper and they dont scam you. Also heard that Wynn makes excellent custom trisuits.
My experience with LTP has been since…
My experience with LTP has been since 2015. I’m never disappointed in the quality of the gear. The only custom kits I wear. Love, love LOVE!
Sad update to a great first experience.
Sadly have to update this review from June. After a fantastic first experience, LTP offered to work with me on a custom suit for my first full Ironman attempt. I had a call with the designer and paid for it the week of June 12. Since then it’s been a run-around and the 4 to 6 week process I was promised is on 2+ months with no suit, and no way of getting it to me by my race. Also place an outlet order and that hasn’t shipped either.
Disappointed because despite the negative reviews, my first experience was great, but sadly they seem to be back to their old ways.
OUTDATED: Love the pain was great to work with. Fast responses and shipping and a very high-quality product. The suit was incredibly comfortable and I felt confident all day wearing it.
10/10 would recommend if you want to be complimented often and feel comfortable while suffering on race day.

Very quick to respond and helped me with my order!! Also helped me pick my size and gave me advice

1 Star would be to much of a rating for this company, their product looks great on their website and if you’re lucky to get your order the material is cheap like is from china, they’ll send partial order 2 years after you placed your and wait longer for the rest of the order and their customer service is the worse, no response to email and/or no one to contact. Worse experience ever!!
Bought a “team kit” over a year ago
Bought a “team kit” over a year ago, never received product. Got the run around , and excuse after excuse. DO NOT BUY from the “brand” - go elsewhere and spend your money on reputable brands.
SCAM
8 months ago I did a custom design with LTP and they made a mistake and charged me twice.. till this day I have not received my money back.. guess this is stealing??? Yesterday a friend told me she is dealing with the same issue. She ordered a suit in January and hasnt receive it or any email from the company. Robbery? Stealing?
Love the Pain is a scam.
Love the Pain and the owner Ben Haas stole almost $1,000 from me. I placed multiple orders between September/October 2022 and have not received them.
I called their customer service as well as Ben Haas. They told me lies about shipping and production times. They will not refund my money.
I placed multiple orders in nov-dec…
I placed multiple orders in nov-dec last year. The brand sent out emails saying production was behind which was totally fine because it’s a small business. It’s now 6+ months later. I have emailed and messaged multiple times with understanding update requests and have never so much as received even the most basic response.
It’s really sad to say but next step is to contact the better biz office and my bank to let them know it’s a scam
It makes me very sad because I was so excited about the product and brand
If you shop with them just know your order will be charged but never ever deliver
SCAM!!!
SCAM!!!! I ordered two base layers on January 4th, 2023. I still have not received my order as of May 11, 2023. I've followed up numerous times with no reponse. The one time I've gotten a non-bot response, I was told (like many others)..."oh looks like it was lost in the mail", followed by a promise to resend within the week. Still nothing! Complete Thieves...DO NOT BUY!
SCAM - AVOID LOVETHEPAIN
SCAM! Avoid ordering from Love The Pain. I am waiting for my order which was paid 2nd April 2021 till May2023!
More than 2 years full of fake info from LTP. They are ignoring emails, online chat. Only way to get response is post on instagram story with tagging them. After few times you will get blocked by them.
Without getting refund or your paid items.
Please be awere of giving your money to this SCAMMER you all cycling / running / triathlon / ironman community

THE SCAMEST ONLINE SHOP
At 3 Jan 2023 I've made two orders at LOVETHEPAIN
My order numbers are following #LTP15978 and #LTP15979 paid by Amazon pay
Since that time I've tried many times to get update on my order and even refund. The shop didn't meet their promises for last 2 month they shifting orders for shipment every week, denied to make refund and now they are totally ignore my messages.
I seems that I've never get my orders or refund so I've reported Fraud to Federal Trade Commission with all details about my case and report a Scam on Instagram on their official page.
If you faced similar situation please do the same. Let's try to block their Instagram and their SCAM BUSINESS. Let's help US Governance to review their business and let's have a look if they really love the pain?
Absolute scam!
Absolute scam!! There should be a "zero star" option. 1 star implies they might have provided some sort of service. Quite sad that "Ben" wants to scam people out of money. Karma baby..........
2 ORDERS, NOTHING DELIVERED
I've placed 2 orders with Love the Pain since the middle of 2022, but I am yet to receive anything. I've emailed 'Josh' multiple times, and getting no responses. I'm now having to raise it with my Credit Card company to dispute the transactions and get my money back.
Unpolite and inappropriate client interaction
After getting back on my order I received offensive messages via WhatsApp from the Owner. So sad to see this...
unfortunately the ordered goods were…
unfortunately the ordered goods were not delivered. At first you were put off but then no longer answered. do not order under any circumstances
Seems like I have had the same…
Seems like I have had the same experience like everybody else. They took my money but didn't ship the item and won't reply to my emails. Should have read the reviews here before I ordered. Just a total scam business. I'm not from USA, but is there any way to report this company? It can't be legal to do what they have done?
