Amazing quality! "Love Your Lights" really do live up to their name
I am so impressed... by the quality of the lamp holders, the bulbs, the cables, the connectors... right through to the ease of ordering, and prompt delivery.
The plastic bulbs give me peace of mind for the outdoors, as does the IP65 waterproof rating – which is superior to all of their competitors lights.
I purchased two sets of festoon lights to make up 20m, along with a dimmer unit, and some 5m extension cables (what a great idea these are for a tidy installation).
The lights are plenty bright and they look amazing!
I had initially purchased some cheaper festoon lights from Bunnings, which (after installing them and waiting for dark) were disappointingly dim – what a waste of money and time. You get what you pay for... so learn from my mistake, and spend a wee bit more to get the absolute best! I've since researched all available options.
"Love Your Lights" really do live up to their name, as that is exactly how I feel about these lights. I haven't been this excited about some home electrical components... since forever!

No refund, no replacement, on faulty lights
Lights were faulty, yes we did open to replace the battery, but the wire was not connected. I was honset in admitting we opened the box, even though I could have just sent back with no reason. Also there is the ability to change the battery in 12 montsh if required. No replacement from Love your lights just a discount on the next purchase. Not good enough, under consumer law this would not be acceptable, just $ not enough to warrant this action

Thanks, Rachel for reviewing our company once again and taking the time to provide your feedback. As per our response to your 1-star Google Review, we do not replace an item because a customer has decided to dismantle the product themselves, take photos, and then say the wire was broken and the product is faulty. This was then followed up by an ultimatum of replace or I'll leave a negative review comment.
We have a company policy to follow if a customer believes a product has arrived faulty. If you could not find this on our website, you were welcome to contact us via phone, email, or live chat. In the first instance, we would have worked with you to troubleshoot and get them working. During this process, we would never have asked you to remove the cover or replace the battery. If our initial tips did not work, we would've requested a return of the lights so we could review them. If we had found a manufacturing defect, we would have replaced the lights at our cost.
As a gesture of goodwill, we offered a heavily discounted price should you have wished to replace the item. However, you declined and told us you were purchasing from Bunnings. It's a shame you didn't contact us before trying to diagnose the issue yourself as I'm confident we could've amicably resolved this. Thanks, Louise

The prices are great considering the beautiful quality. All the lights I've bought have surpassed my exceptions - I've bought solar lights, seed lights, fairy lights, and festoon lights.
