Expensive return shipping for broken lights.
One set of lights didn't work from the moment we received them. It cost us $17 to send the lights back (as the return address is rural) they then evaluated them and send us a replacement. I feel that return shipping should not have been at our cost at all. Especially since they were not working properly from the moment we opened the box, not 6 months down the track.

Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear you didn’t think our returns process was fair.
Your initial email said the lights were working on arrival and it was a few days after your installation that part of the cable was not lighting up. As the lights were working on arrival and it was after installation they were not, we cannot automatically assume it is a manufacturing fault.
Therefore, we do need to follow our company policy which is standard for all customers to ensure fairness. In saying that, we will always try and work with the customer first and if required troubleshoot or provide advice to resolve any issues. Returning lights is always the last resort as we understand this is a cost to the customer.
We take pride in our product quality so we will at times need the product returned for review so we can inspect it to ensure we are meeting our own high standards. When we did receive your return, we sent out a replacement set at our cost within 24 hours on an overnight courier as we didn't want you to be without your lights for too long.
We do try and do all we can to ensure the customer has a positive experience, so it is unfortunate you feel we didn’t deliver this time. Thank you for taking the time to review us and we appreciate the feedback.

Great service
Great service. The festoon lights are perfect (hung around the pergola). Initially we thought we screwed them tight but when we redid after it was dark( tip offered by the lady on the telephone) we realized there was room to tighten! The solar fairy lights add a touch of magic to the trees in the garden!

Awesome lights
After having problems (water getting into bulbs & not working) with a previous set of lights from a big box retailer. I came across the Love Your Lights website, which was was easy to use. However, I also called and talked to a person who really knew her stuff about the lights and assured me I wouldn't have the same problems I'd experienced previously. She also suggested I might want to get the dimmable version as would be better ambience and not so bright surrounding my spa pool. I'm glad I listened to her as I have been extremely happy with the dimmable 2 sets I purchased and have had no problems with water getting in over 4 months use. They have been so good I've just bought another set!
