It’s a scam
It’s a scam. I got to know their website through instagram AD. I seemed a good thing at first because I was asked all the questions about my skin and products.
The annual subscription I was offered was 0,18€ but the amount I was charged was 64.99€. I didn’t receive any mail of confirmation. And nothing so please don’t trust this website or app. Stay away from it please

The most impressive feature of Lovi is its ability to scan skincare products with incredible accuracy. Unlike Yuka, which requires a barcode, Lovi allows me to simply scan screenshots from online stores and receive a detailed analysis of the product's ingredients and effectiveness. This has saved me so much time and effort in researching products! Additionally, Lovi offers a summary of reviews and a price comparison feature, making it even easier to find the best deals on the highest quality skincare products. This app truly has it all! But wait, there's more! Lovi also includes a Face Scanner feature, which allows me to analyze changes in my skin over time. My skin is so much healthier than ever before!
I absolutely love this app! I wonder why none of my beauticians (who are really good, by the way) ever recommended such a simple daily routine for my skin. Lovi’s products and recommendations work exactly as I’ve always wished for! I have oily skin with visible pores, and I used to see my beautician monthly. But since using the app for almost a year, I don’t need those appointments anymore. My skin has completely transformed thanks to the smart daily routine and is so much healthier than ever before!

Warning ⚠️ please read! If you care about your health or skincare, this app is notorious for ripping people off. I’m incredibly disappointed with @LoviApp. I paid for the entire year in September, believing in their promise to provide consistent service for skincare routines and facial exercises. Initially, I loved the app and its features, thinking it would support my lymph drainage and skincare goals. But here we are, NOT even close to September 2025, and my subscription was cut off after just a few months! They're demanding more money to continue what I’ve already paid for.
This is not just bad customer service—it’s unethical. I expect either a resolution or a refund immediately. Ignoring customers and cutting off services we’ve already paid for is unacceptable. I will continue sharing my experience until this is resolved. If this gets resolved, I will be open to taking these posts down.

Awful site, do not use. Took my money for a subscription, then the site did not work. Tried to get my money back and they do not have any customer service as the emails don’t work! It’s a scam of a site!
