Ordered some socks 11 days ago as a Xmas present for my wife. No sign of the socks and the status still says ‘order placed’ the same as it did 11 days ago. I’ve emailed twice and they’ve responded to say they’ll flag it with their team, I suspect it’s not a team at all but a dropshipper who uses a Chinese manufacturer to produce and ship direct. They still have the gall to send me promotional emails with gifts available for delivery by Christmas! Avoid.
