I had previously bought beads from the usual outlets but decided to look on the internet as it was getting quite expensive. I came across LovingtheBead and could not believed their prices. The beads are every bit as good as the more expensive ones I had previously purchased and you cannot distinguish one from the other. I had a query on the invoice before submitting the order and , when I phoned my question was answered in a froendly efficient manner -- even getting a call back the following day to confirm that my beads were in the post. Very pleased with my purchase and with the service given. Will definitely be purchasing from this site again and would recommend it.

I had a few problems getting what I wanted as I found myself in the middle of a couple of technical clitches! Postage and Packing should have been free but kept getting added to the bill. Once this was resolved, the originial price had increased!!! I then discovered I was being sent the wrong charm as the codes got mixed up (sent E0623 instead of E0623A), and another charm I had ordered was out of stock.
However, upon emailing Lovingthebead.com, I had prompt and helpful replies from Christina in customer services. They refunded the difference in prices, apologised for the technical glitches, replaced the out of stock and the incorrect charm with two charms similar to my original order and gave me a couple of freebies for the problems. This was all resolved very quickly (a couple of days) and professionally by Christina, and I ultimately got exactly what I wanted, for a great price.
Despite the problems, I would still use this website again as they have loads of great charms for good prices and feel confident that if there were any issues in future it would be resolved quickly.

At first I was charged for postage (I spent over £10 and expected free delivery) but when I checked a couple of days later my bank account had been reimbursed for the price of the postage. The beads arrived quickly and were as described...Thanks!

I decided to buy my mate a charm bracelet for her 21st, but looking on all jewellers sights they were too expensive - Sooooooooo pleased I found this website! Love the bracelet that I've got for her, and really liked the little bags of beads you can get for certain things, like 21st etc.
Definitely worth it!

These beads & charms are very pretty & look expensive although theyre not. Why buy pandora when no-one can tell the difference.

Very good price, compared to others. I liked the way the beads all showed up along the top of the screen, so you could 'rearrange' them, to see what the pattern might look like. Arrived fairly quickly.

However, on arrival, the beads were not all as shown online. Some had the wrong image all together (e.g. the birthday cake with pink candles) or the colours/variation in colour quite different. The stop beads I bought are also way too loose for the leather bracelet, so it doesn't stay in place and, after wearing it for a few minutes, would have worked itself off. This means the beads can fall off the bracelet when taking it off.
In additon, more guidance was needed on the site, to help you know how to make your own bracelet - e.g. what stop beads do and how many you need, plus some sort of guidance as to how many beads you need to buy to make a whole bracelet. I know they vary in width, but a general approximation would have been good.
I thought I had bought plenty of beads, but hadn't when it arrived. It was for a birthday present, and I didn't have time to order more before the date (also would have resented paying a delivery charge for just 3-4 more beads).

Excellent service, and excellent products, also the way everything was packaged was really first class. I recommended them to my friend and she has ordered beads too.
