They were most helpful - i could not open one of the charm bracelets i think it was a bit squished in the post maybe but phoned and they replaced it free of charge no arguements. They didn't even request the unopenable one back! arrived the next day so thanks muchly :)

My first order was quickly dispatched and I was delighted with the quality of the beads and the price that I had paid. I was so impressed that I placed a second order for more, but for some reason my card was refused and I was unable to complete the purchase. I received an email from LovingtheBeads advising me that there was an unpaid order on record and I clicked on their link to request them to call me about payment. I had a problem with the link so emailed them and asked that they contact me as I really wanted to buy more beads from them. A prompt email response said that they would be in touch with me shortly. This was last Wednesday and to my great disappointment there has been no follow up call.

As my purchases this time were for a gift it is disappointing that what you've spent ages over choosing and is the one bead that was important and it doesn't come in the package but including an extra to help with the disappointment was well received

Reliable retailer with good delivery times. Very nearly 5 star satisfaction but for one bead - the quality wasn't up to the same standard. It looked and felt old/tired.
