absolute terrible hosting company banned me from the discord when I said how slow and lazy they were being with support and still yet to have a reply on my support ticket 4 days after opening it.

I had a great time with this Company, can recoment it to anyone fast and competent support.

BEST GAME HOST. I rent one server for a cs:go tournament and it was awesome. even if the server was far from my position the ping was around 20 ms, the best i have ever had.

Low.ms got great service and good quailty server hosting also there customer service is just wonderful and if you got a problem and need help no problem they will respond in no time and get you sorted and this is what you could call a 5 star Hosting provider

Great server provider.. We rented a Rokh server from low.ms, Rokh was plagued with issues and with every issue that occurred, these guys dealt with it fast and were always more than happy to help with any issues.

We have just cancelled the Rokh server as the game is just to unstable to enjoy, but the second it goes down we will be renting a new server for a different game from theses guys

Server is realy stable. There Discord help desk is awesome and helpfull.

These guys have shown me the personal touch. They aren't afraid to tell you when they don't know an answer but they will work with you to find it. I've worked with a team member to correct a few issues on a hosted server and it truely felt like a dialogue and exchange than waiting around for someone to get back to me.

Low.Ms is by far the best Company for Gaming Servers. Fast Support 24/7. And if you have any Idea which they could be added to their Service, they will try to implimentend this Features.

I first came across Low.ms while looking for an Avorion game server host. After checking multiple different providers I found that Low.ms appeared to be offering the best deal.

When the server initially finished setup and became available there was an issue quickly discovered by us users which left us all unable to connect.
This however was not an issue Low.ms were responsible for, however their customer service representative who I was corresponding with to get this fixed was extremely helpful. He pretty much fixed the problem in 15 minutes and kept me updated all the way though.
Few places have had such excellent customer service and even though I am no longer a customer for Low.ms, They are always going to be my first port of call for server hosting in future.

Alright, so I've gone through multiple hosting services before... I know the routine and the runaround that some hosts will put you through. Delays on bug fixes, absent customer service when you need them the most, overpriced packages with subpar hardware.

Then I heard about low.ms as a host for my Avorion server. They were fairly priced so I thought I'd give it a shot. I joined their Discord and asked a few questions about the servers as I needed something specific done to my commandline that my previous hosts nitrado (I like to call them Not-Right-Now since they kept shafting me on the change for 2 weeks straight AFTER I had already spoke with customer service on the phone 6 times and was assured that it would be done) failed to do at all. To my surprise before I had even rented a server from Low.ms Jonnerz immediately added in the command. Needless to say I switched hosts right away! Now here it is almost 2 months later: I have my Avorion server, I've rented an Ark server, and I'm very tempted to rent a full dedicated server from them as well.

tl;dr best host best customer service hands down

Really enjoyed hosting with low.ms, great server service and very quick help service. The interface they have is easy to use and plaesing to the eyes.

Will return 10/10 guys!

Low.ms offers a great service at a low cost. Their costumer service is good and they respond quickly. (within 1 hour in my case)
Would recommend them to anyone!

I run a Conan Exiles server that averages around 35-45 players and thus far this provider has been excellent. Myself, and players on the server experience little to no lag and the customer service is spot on. They're available for live chat, and respond via email very quickly.

No problems with the server of any kind. Good speed, easy to set up. I did have a billing problem (my fault), that was corrected immediately. Highly recommended.
