Can't be beat on price
We booked with LCH the last 3 years - 2 trips to Fuerteventura and Tenerife this year. We have literally saved a fortune in comparison to the packages we used always buy before that. Accommodation were of a very high standard and plenty reviews on Tripadvisor to help you select. The site matches flights and accommodation to your chosen dates at the best possible price. I would highly recommend!

Have book over time with this company and find them brilliant, had to ring them from porto rico regarding a problem and it was sorted within a half hour, staff are so pleaset and holidays have always been brilliant, you could never go wrong with them.

Booked hotel and flight found put that hotel rooms have no windows so less than 24hrs of booking I phoned to change hotel had to pay £35 so asked how much to cancel was informed no refund for flights so stayed with orginally flight and new hotel but wanted to pay forextra night at hotel as would have to depart room at noon as flight 2am following day said no I couldnt. Also problems booking aircraft seats given another reference number still cannot book seats .

As you booked a package holiday, all dates need to match which is a requirement and cannot be changed in our system. Simple, straight forward booking!
Great first time experience booking with Lowcost Holidays! Felt the process was straight forward and liked the fact that there was no hidden costs so the price you get is the final price you pay! Email confirmation, local info and itinerary was sent right away which was great to put me at ease. They say their site will have a passbook version for digital booking references coming soon, I look forward to this! Would definitely recommend using Lowcost again!

My recent experience
I gave taken may holidays with Liwcost and always had a wonderful experience with them .they have always been professional and courteous in any dealings I've had with,on my most recent trip to real marina hotel and spa in Olhao I was shocked and very humiliated to be told at reception that my hotel was not paid for.To my horror and embarrassment I tried ringing Lowcost from the hotel to no avail .my wife was so humiliated and embarrassed that she broke down in tears and had to be consoled by other holidaymakers.Two days later (yes two days) we were informed that the funds has been paid over by Lowcost without as much as a phone call or apology to me or my wife
