Everything except transfers
Good points: very easy to book, some good prices and good follow up.
Bad points: no deposit option given, tried to book transfers only to be told they could not accommodate me and I should use a different company and refunds take a long time to process.

booking family holiday online
this time around was booking a holiday for 6 people (which is a major headache with logistics).
But it was so straightforward and quick, i was pleasantly surprised!
And when it came to the last step of booking - found out i could pay the deposit only and pay the rest of it (which doesn't come cheap for 6 people) within 10 days!

Booking was so simple, and then afterwards when I realised I had made a mistake when booking, the call centre staff were so friendly, and so willing to help.

I was thrilled after two days of searching sites for holidays and finally when I searched Low Cost Holidays it had the hotel i wanted at the best price after searching all the more well known ones which i presumed would be the cheapest. €500 cheaper on LC holidays for the same hotel for 4 people as Alpha rooms were offering for same time....an amazing deal!!. So easy to book also and i definately will book with again for my family👍👍🌞🌞

Easy and hassle free.
Searching with Lowcostholidays is easy. Best prices by far with the easiest of search engines. I like it to be stress and hassle free with simple navagation around the page when booking a holiday and this was just that. Very happy with it.
