Ava was absolutely incredible
Ava was absolutely incredible. She helped us find our dream holiday and sorted everything from flights to hotel, and all our paperwork. She also found us a fantastic deal which worked out around £200 less per person than we'd found for ourselves. Ava was incredibly accommodating and was able to chat to me around my difficult work hours. I cannot thank you enough, I would 100% recommend Ava and would contact her again for future holidays 💗

William Kent was an absolute pleasure…
William Kent was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely attentive and efficient when it came to fulfilling our needs and requests, making me feel like I was his only client. He is very knowledgeable regarding our destinations, truly working hard to make our trip a delight and memorable experience, and a true wizard at making the trip work within our very limited budget. We have yet to go on the trip at this point and so I can’t review that aspect yet but for a first experience working with a travel agent, William has ruined anyone else for me. Shout out to Low Cost Vibes for allowing their staff to truly provide a great and individual customer experience because I know the industry to not always be so flexible.

Shenal is fantastic
Shenal is fantastic, this is my second time booking with this company, and I requested her again, again she helped me with everything and took all my details that I wanted and needed. Having disabled people in our party has sometimes causes a few hiccups but not with Shenal, special assistance sorted, allowing our sons buggy which he requires. I told her exactly what I wanted and I got her to check numerous different options until I found one to suit. She is only too happy to help and understands the importance of getting everything right. My last trip I booked my flights was cancelled and I was in tears, as was a surprise for my daughters 18th, she managed to get us on another flight which was a bit earlier than the one we were due to be on so our trip was not interrupted at all. Can’t thank her enough for her previous help as well as this time. This time is a surprise for all the family with a trip to Disney, she had made sure I have the park tickets, transfers to and from the airport etc nothing is ever too much trouble

That was my second time using this agency for my hollidays.as a single mum with kids on low income very hard to find ideal package at low price.Ava was very helpfull and she find very good deal for me and my kids(hurgada).even my sister joint us(usually she don.t like spend money on hollidays).we just paid deposit and then every month payment.if we had any questions,Ava always help straight away.and we already book Sweetzerland for december.deposit was only £25 per person.🥰😀
