Brilliant but a one small point, had a new tow bar fitted and it needed sanding off, Lowdhams helped and it didn’t take long but we could have been prepared

Emma has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish in terms of her knowledge, experience and the advice she has provided to help us choose our dream caravan.
I must mention Scott as well in dispatches...Scott was equally brilliant when we collected our van this week, lovely fella, really friendly as well. Scott provided us with a guided tour of our new van and all its features explaining everything right down to the finest detail. Both Emma and Scott have been great, providing us with confidence and reassurance on our new purchase absolutely awesome.
The handover was great and everything was explained clearly, both me and the wife came away with a real sense of satisfaction from the service given by Emma, Scott and the rest of the team at Lowdhams, Huddersfield. Highly recommended! x

I finally managed to buy the caravan of our dreams which looked on a few occasions like it was never going to happen.
With the professional service and attention to laws and regulations, it did result in m e swapping my car (due to my previous car not being able to tow the caravan we were wanting and some other details, but..... with the amazing help of Emma and the team we are now the very pleased owners of our caravan.

Emma went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in place and even helping with a issue with our old caravan which didn't need to be of concern but she went above and beyond to help.

Hand over day was so well organised and Emma and Scott covered everything inside and outside the new caravan.

everything was backed up with a simple questionnaire to ensure that all had been understood.

The service we have received from Lowdhams especially Emma and Followed up by Scott has been some of the best customer service I have ever encountered. Emma showed real excitement and enthusiasm when we were finally allowed to drive the caravan away.

We will definitely recommend Lowdham Leisure World to anyone wanting a brilliant experience when purchasing caravan or Motorhome.

Went to Nottingham to look at a caravan was greeted by a gentleman named Kirby who showed us round and explained everything we wanted to know then passed us on to Phil who then went through all the paperwork and arranged for our other caravan to be collected. We arranged to go to Huddersfield branch to pay the balance as we live in Huddersfield was met by Emma who then went on to sort everything out by getting our new caravan to be brought from Nottingham back to Huddersfield for us which was a great help to us,on collection Emma was there to great us with a huge happy welcome and her and Scott then went through all details of how things worked in the new caravan ,brilliant service by both Nottingham and Huddersfield staff but a special mention to both Emma and Scott ,keep up the great work many thanks

Bought an new 84k Hymer motorhome from Lowdhams Huddersfield. Told that in order to maintain the Hymer warranty, they had to carry out the habitation service. Booked the service, only to have it cancelled due to Covid lockdown, rebooked cancelled again due to Covid. I'm a front line Covid worker operating away from home, I send a list of dates to the service department of when I was available to take the vehicle in for service. No reply! resend list again. No reply! Get Habitation service done at a different dealer which find 1 x warranty issue. Contact Lowdhams to be told that your warranty is void because you never had the habitation check done within 6 months either side of 1 years purchase date. Explained and sent them the email chain proving that they were the reason why. Fell on deaf ears. Shocking customer service, as in other reviews, quick enough to take your money but after service is terrible, service staff are solid.

Collected our caravan to be told they’d found a damp issue, not good really but thanks for the honesty.
Arranged for it to be collected and repaired so hopefully all good in the end 👍

We had not problems with picking up our caravan. Emma was great at keeping us informed at all stages. The guy doing the demonstration was great and had us laughing all the way though. We couldn't be happier with the service we have received from Lowdhams. Here to many years of caravan holidays .x

It’s been a unpredictable spring summer and early Autumn with brexit and Covid having unknowable influence on our life.
In March Emma was efficient and professional at purchase of my Eriba and reservation of myEriba Triton 430 special edition 2020 with the lowdham special pack , excellent equipment, reminiscent of my Hymer Nova’s

Due around mid June was manufactured in early October and collected on the 16th October 2021.
Emma and the team at Crosland Moor Yorkshire kept me informed at all times,

Lowdham s strength is their experienced staff I’ve been with over 15yars !

Iwasdelightwith the help I received on collection Emma had help also with a good package for the finance with Blackhorse.

I’m currently staying in the North York’s Dales / Cumbria before transfer to Northumbria coast!
The ‘430’ is excellent at towing and use in all weather !!

Two valuable upgrades : Alko heavy gauge jockey wheel with in built nose weight gauge about £100
Expensive but very useful high tech. Tracker linked to my iPhone £500

Amazing service from the whole team at Huddersfield from start to finish. Emma kept us informed and responded to any enquiries while we waited for the handover. The caravan was handed over and we were shown every item on the caravan. He was VERY patient with us as newbies with all the gear and no idea!!! We’re looking forward confidently now to enjoying our caravan over the years ahead.

All the staff were friendly and very obliging which is excellent considering the changes taking place caused by the difficulty that some manufacturers are having supplying the dealerships with new products.

This review is due to Jake. We only went window shopping and walked away with an amazing Motorhome!
This wasn’t a pressure sale- Jake was just fab, left us to do the looking and thinking- joined us to answer all the questions we had- and answered them with honesty and confidence.
As with everything new, sometimes there are snags- however Jake has been so quick and professional in booking us in and sorting things out.
Do I trust Jake- totally
Would I buy from him again- absolutely
Would I recommend Jake to other- definitely!

Like many businesses Lowdhams, in my experience have had their ups and downs but what they do have now are some great people in key positions. Having bought a Motorhome from the Huddersfield branch 3 years ago it developed many snags and my experience with the after sales team was mixed. However, the issues with the van were not their fault and getting parts from Germany and then finding availability to fit them is was always going to be tricky. My conversations were also tricky and it was clear that several restructuring exercises were taking place. However, my final conversation with Steve Sharpe (Director) could not have gone better, he provided the perfect solution and I exchanged my vehicle for a new Motorhome. The financial deal was great and Frankie, the Huddersfield branch Manager is the jewel in the crown; she communicates well and on every occasion gets back to you on time - just what customers want. The new Motorhome is great, but like every van it had a few snags. Frankie arranged for us to call in as we were passing and we met Jake, one of the sales team and what a star. Inside two hours he personally replaced a broken TV, swapped the Thule locks on the bike rack, adjusted a few hinges and showed us a few other little tricks. If you want to know anything about Motorhomes and their fittings he is your man. To Steve, Frankie and Jake thank you and I hope your quest to get all staff up to your standard is going well. Give Lowdhams a try and if you need anything at all then these people are there to help.

Emma and Scott went above and beyond from showing the caravan, purchasing it and then handing over the caravan and explaining how everything worked. Nothing was to much for them to handle or answer. Brilliant
