Please can you remove my paid off accounts off my credit file. Still showing as active, not acceptable.

Already registered, not accepting my password, sent rest link, as soon as it was received it had expired within seconds. How are you supposed to set up a payment plan if you can't get past log in? Really bad site

I had two accounts with them and faced numerous hardships and difficulties, but I still tried to communicate and work something out. I would message about one account, but they would reply about the other, and this frustrating cycle continued. Additionally, it took them weeks to respond each time.
Eventually, they passed the account over to Overdales, despite having already agreed on a settlement. They didn't proceed with it because they wanted to ensure I paid off other debts first. I had clearly told them that I received money from my family as a gift to help me become debt-free. Their lack of coordination and slow responses made an already difficult situation even worse.
To make matters worse, their customer service was unhelpful and often dismissive. It felt like they didn't care about my situation at all. The entire experience was incredibly stressful and disheartening. I called many times, and after waiting 30-60 minutes to get an answer, I was often told they couldn't help me.

It’s a shame but this organisation doesn’t help people to get out of debt, they make money buying debts and destroying people’s lives for years.
I don’t know if there is other ways to sort out this but this company is definitely not focused on helping.

Set up a direct debit and took money from my account without permission. Don't know who they are and have no debts with anyone. When phoned, they couldn't find any details on me or the transaction.

This "company" is a criminal organisation specialising in fraud, extortion, and malfeasance. I advise anyone who is paying them to stop! There is a registered complaint against them with the financial ombudsman.
They have no legal or lawful right to conduct their "business". No debt is being paid, Lowel are collecting the money for themselves. If you doubt this get the book: The Title is Unimpotant by P Michael Yates. Read it and fight back!
Having read their reply; about being regulated by the F.C.A, it was the F.C.A. that referred me to the financial ombudsman after reviewing my evidence. They told me that given the seriousness of the situation an independent investigation is required. Debt collection Agencies ARE criminal organisations. I will leave a review here every time you send illegal demands for money to my address, and of course after the ombudsman SHUTS YOU DOWN!

I'm really rather angry!!
I've recieved a letter from lowells stating I owe money on a mbna card and to gey in touch.
I've never had an mbna card ever.
I've only had capital one and barclaycard credit cards.
My capital one is paid in full
My barclaycard has been stopped and no charges at present as I physically couldn't afford payments and was told by barclaycard payments would be stopped.
I'll put my hands up to these.
If I've had mbna card, why have I never received a statement or any letters from them chasing payment?
Or any calls chasing payment??
I really am certain that someone else has taken a card in my name defraudently.
What can I do about this?

So this company is looking at a big court case claim against them for 1 simple reason.
They have bought my debt supposedly which is 5 O2 accounts which I find hilarious as I’ve never had 5 accounts and just to clear things up wouldn’t it flag up on your end that it’s strange 1 person having 5 accounts for same company. Now most Telecoms companies even if you add lines to your current contract is 2 or 3 which I have never done with O2. Also if I couldn’t afford 1 debt with O2 then how have I managed to get another 4 which doesn’t make sense as it should go through a credit check.
Don’t believe me then why does EE go through credit checks for Sim Only.
You’ve bought this debt with your eyes shut and due to O2 negligence and not performing affordability checks I will be sueing also I will be sueing Lowell for taking this debt and pursuing this debt which is Wrong.
So in my eyes you buy a debt and go on what they tell you without asking the other person.
All I can say is good luck when my solicitor speaks to you.
Also everyone makes sure you’re aware about IRRESPONSIBLE LENDING. Because companies like these are not happy that we know because we can claim back.
Don’t check Irresponsible lending through Lowell but check through the company you owe it to and then you can sue Lowell for buying a debt and pursuing you for a debt that is wrong. Goes to show everything is 1 sided when it comes to money.
Believe me I won’t stop until companies like this are shut down.
You’re not in a contract with Lowell. They’ve just paid your debt for you.
You can reimburse Lowell for what they bought it for but make sure you request proof.

Do not expect when you clear your debt they will inform anyone it's now 11 weeks since I paid the debt. I have phoned no explanation just talk about other things compete waste of time if you want to increase your credit score. I will probably get the same rubbish response certainly not contacting them again

Can’t give a zero. Absolute set of cowboys! Been harassing me for years for debt that isn’t anything to do with me. This is despite me providing evidence that this is mistaken identity and them agreeing only to then start hounding me again. I have now raised this with the financial ombudsman as this has obliterated my credit rating. Unbelievable how they can operate like this. Remove my details from your database and find the actual person you’re looking for. Do your job. Update, since raising this I have now received a letter from you saying that you’re taking legal action. Good luck! I look forward to hearing from you.

Lowell first rang me 12 years ago. I explained that the person they were looking for was not me. Lowell promised not to call again. Well, they've been texting and ringing my number every few months since 2012. I block their number, but when they text/call again it's a different number. Just what scammers and cold callers do. Oh Lowell, I can't wait for you to reach out to me!

Why is it not possible to put zero stars? These absolute chancers have emailed me approximately 20 times in the last few years. Sometimes not for months then I'll receive multiple in the space of a few weeks. They keep asking for settlement of about £150 for a Tesco mobile account that I have never had. I've told them this numerous times but how do I prove it? At what point does it become harassment?

Approx 2 yrs ago I got a letter from Lowell saying I owed them money.I asked the staff member to prove it,they said I had paid by cheque on 4 occasions. But I have never had a cheque book ,so I asked them to send me proof of the cheques, and the ammout of money I owed them.I have never heard from them again. As this company are not legalised debt collectors and cannot force entry nor enforce a debt, advice to others be aware. If I owed this money and they couldnt provide me with me copies of the cheques I asked for ,how legal are they?

Absolute joke - had my phone stolen in 2013 and a police report written; now say I owe nearly £2000 and put a CCJ on my account in 2019 for an old vodafone account that I complained about so many times. The way these people treat victims of crimes is appalling!

Reply from Lowell Group
they brought a debt with one year to go before it is timed out and all they do is keep harassing. I have now asked for a settlement figure, and they do not want to provide this without me filling out a full financial review, which I do not want to do, as i have made it clear that i will pay and hold the money. they do appear to put obstacles in the way all the time.

The call me and send me Gmail’s and texts. Telling me I owe money. But I don’t. I owe nothing.
They try to get me to give them personal details which they have in front of them.
They won’t leave me alone. I’ll have to sue them for harassment. If this carries on.
And now they’re hassling me on trust pilot. Trying to get me to sign in to their website. I don’t owe any money so fog off
