Their clothing quality is absolutely awful. Straight from China. Literally. I followed all of the steps to return the item directly back to China ( that cost me an additional $35)and they still refused to give me my money back. So instead of paying $54 for cheap gross clothing that was not as advertised, I ended up paying $89 for literally nothing at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!

Sizing issues, then , delivery issues, then refund issues over 3/4 months.
Had to finally do a charge back for my payment Terrible service. Difficult to communicate
Company doesn’t present as being in China until you get your order confirmation.

I ordered a beautiful Red Christmas shirt and what came looked NOTHING like the picture they showed!! This is such a scam! I should have looked into the website before I ordered. They say you can return but then give you an address in China to return it to. Would cost well over $100. DO NOT ORDER FROM LOWIE AND LIV! ITS A SCAM. Thank goodness I put it on my charge and was able to dispute the charge!!

This is a totally fraudulent company. They shipped their stuff from China delivery times are always late and not only that you will not get the right product and the quality is not in comparable to what they advertise. The return policy is absolutely ridiculous for us to ship back to China and they don’t pay for it when they made an error in the delivery is absurd.!!

I cannot recommend this company. I ordered a sweatshirt and upon their recommendation ordered a size larger. The fit is horrible and the quality even worse. When I emailed to find out how to return it, I was told to take picture of it and send it back to them. I did so and was then given the address to return it to at my expense. The return goes back to China, which cost more than the sweatshirt! I am donating the sweatshirt.

Payment was taken immediately, but my order was never delivered.
It has now been almost two months, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have received neither the product nor a refund.
As a customer, paying for a product and receiving nothing in return—while being refused a refund—is unacceptable.
I will continue to share my experience publicly until this situation is resolved and my money is returned.

Do not ever buy from this company. The shoes didn’t look anything like the ones in the picture. They were of very poor quality. I was asked to return the items to get my refund, which I did back to China, not the US as they claim to be from. The return cost almost the same as the cost of the shoes. Written to them many, many times with proof of return and not a penny refunded. David was responding to the emails at first, but then has ignored all of the messages. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY!

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Item arrived after 23 days. Item was not the same as pictured and very poor quality. Needless to say you can’t post a review on their website. Would definitely “NOT” recommend this company.

Ordered a dress but it wasnt like the website and the quality was poor. It did not hang well. I filled in their form for returns (supposed to be very quick and easy and get a response in 24 hours). 48 hours later - I get an email asking why I want to return. I answered, Another 24 hours later, I get another email asking for photos with the tags still on. I am still waiting to get a returns process. Just be very very cautious using this website as they are not made out to be what they say they are! AVOID AVOID AVOID

My order wasn’t delivered to me, it was delivered to an address in TN instead of my address in WA and they have been evading fixing this issue, they have asked me to contact my local carrier even though the carrier they used is some random company. This company looks like they’re scamming customers and want to formally complain about them.

I ordered a cute sweater online and got a printed T-shirt material instead of a sweater. It doesn’t look anything like what I ordered. Extremely poor quality.

Beware!!! Products do not match what you actually receive. If you return it you have to send it to china!! I spent $75.00 on two shirts that were not as advertised and had to pay $53.00 to ship it back to China for a REFUND.

Picture of product misrepresented in Ad. It was supposed to be a ribbed material in white. The product received was a shiny cream colored. It was supposed to be a white snowman and looked like dirty snow. I tried to cancel this order when I found out it was coming from overseas and was told it was too late even though the tracking only showed a label created and the item did leave for another two weeks. I will never order from this company again. I'm not looking forward to the return policy not to mention I will need to pay for the shipping. Buyers beware!!!!!!

The really cute boots I ordered did not fit. Customer service was great reaching out offering a replacement. I’m waiting to see how the clothes fit. Look really cute on the website.

Lowie & liv are not legit! Please do not buy from these scammers. They will tell you that there was road closure so its never delivered. They don't even get a one star from me , because really its a scam.

Problems with this company selling cheap fake goods which have little resemblance to those advertised is well documented. However I dared to trust their customer service as their contact seemed credible despite them making it more expensive to return goods to China (they don't mention this!) as per their also fake Refund Guarantee. So I agreed to choose a second item offered as a gesture of good will to soften my disappointment in the sub standard jumper which is nothing like the photos all over Pinterest. After weeks of chasing up the "good will" blouse it finally arrived. I can't describe how vile it is! AGAIN Looks nothing like the advertised item and is the cheapest printed fabric design pretending to be appropriate fabric for a blouse and the white underside shows where the collar gapes.
Nothing more I can do as they are allowed to get away with it again and again ! Jumper will be used for gardening and the blouse....... straight in the bin.

I gifted this coat. She LOVED it!!!

Everything was as it should be. Wondeŕful service. I couldn't have wished for anything better.

The earrings I bought looked nothing like the pictures on the website - shocking quality.
