i love the good quality of these…

i love the good quality of these clothes 😍, good communication and a good choice of items, usually jumpers make me itch but these ones are so soft i dont itch at all , its so nice to wear a jumper for the first time in many years xxx

Cheap and awful.

Long lead time, discount on next order offered too soon after ordering. First red flag. When it arrived nearly 2 weeks later it looked completely different than what was shown in the picture. Cheap and awful Chinese manufacturer with a huge mark up. Avoid at all costs!

Never again

Ordered a pair of shoes. After weeks they finally arrived and they are not the ones I ordered. There is not straightforward return option. Basically they are asking me to pick something else from their website and they will supposedly send it to me as a replacement. DO NOT buy from them!

Ridiculous

Ridiculous.
The shipment never arrived. Tracking showed it was returned.
Repeated contact to Customer Service - the continued to say they were looking into it.
Ended up reporting them to Credit Card company in dispute. DO NOT BUY from them. INSANITY.

i ordered a jacket

i ordered a jacket. it is huge. i have emailed and sent a return request at least 8 times. no response!! i have also attempted to call and every time it states call failed!!
Addendum. They finally reached out and we have reached an agreement

NOT the same item I ordered. Beware!!!

The item I received doesn't look ANYTHING like the photo of the one I ordered. I was skeptical, as I am of any online company anymore, but when I researched Lowie and Liv it appeared to be a legit company. It's too bad I didn't find these reviews before I ordered. Trying to return the item is not worth it, as there is a return fee as well as the cost to ship it back to China. If I had known it was a company in China I would have never ordered. I consider myself pretty cautious when it comes to trusting online companies, but this one sucked me in. Don't be fooled!!!

Zero stars

Zero stars. This company is unethical and horrible. I ordered many items (big mistake on my end). Their website states 30 day refund. They don’t uphold to their policy. I have requested to return items as stated per their policy. They denied me and ask me to keep the items and order new items. Then offered me a 15% refund and then a 20% refund. This company is 100% awful not to mention the products are extremely poor quality. I can’t believe I was scammed so bad by them. I will be posting everywhere and hope to help others from the burden of this company. They need to be put out of business.

THIS IS A CHINEESE COMPANY DON'T TRUST THEM

This company claims to be out of England or the US but they are out of China. I tried cancelling my order the minute I got the email that said it would take more than 16 days to deliver. It should be a law against those that LIE about their location. Waiting to talk to bank regarding cancelling since this company refuses to let me cancel before shipping.

As of 8/27/25 three days after I placed my order, I've sent 4 emails to cancel this order & no one has responded, but they want me to respond to a review here on Trustpilot. Make that make sense. I had to dispute this charge through my bank in order to cancel. I had something similar happen about 5 years ago with another Chinese company which is why I always do my due diligence before making purchases. Their website wants you to believe that they are either in the US or the UK, they are in neither. DON'T TRUST THIS SHOP!!!

Quality is very low and you have to wait a long time to receive it

After exactly 37 days, I received the two piece set.

I ordered a set that, according to the product description, were supposed to be made from a cotton and linen blend. However, the item I received is clearly made from a cheap 100% polyester material, which is completely unacceptable and misleading.

This is a clear case of false advertising, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality and dishonesty in the product description and their service. I expected to receive what I was promised—a breathable, natural-fabric garment, not a synthetic substitute.
I requested the refund and instructions how to return it, however I have been told they are sending replacement. Continuations of the story : The situation escalated when I received the same set again within just three days—only the color was different. This made me even more frustrated. I immediately requested a refund and asked for clear instructions on how to return both sets and paid label . Instead of resolving the issue, the seller initially offered me a 35% refund, then later increased the offer to 50%, both of which I declined. To make matters worse, they also stated that they would not cover the return shipping costs. As a result, I filed a refund request with my bank to dispute the transaction.
