Wish I had read reviews. Also received item far too small. No return address given. Several emails sent. Offered 30% as others . Left out of pocket with an unusable item.

Appalling quality.... jacket nothing like picture. Half price at £34.99...what a joke...most definitely not worth full amount... worth less than a tenner! Do NOT buy from this site!!

I echo everything everyone else has said. Awful poor quality jacket and offering 30% refund and now ignoring me. I will be posting everywhere I can to warn people about this company

OMG so glad I read the reviews of this company before buying a substandard jacket from Loxinova which I saw advertised on Facebook. They all had negative things to say of their purchases and experiences.

I have only marked the rating at the first star because there is not a zero option. I am so pleased to have taken a moment to read the reviews on this company. As other purchases I was going to get the leather jacket. Thank you to all the ladies that have taken the time to write a review because I am now going to delete the site. And it is time for who ever makes this rubbish to stop as we don't like rubbish as a whole the British are a little more decerning.

Walking on a cloud is rubbish… sizing is off. uk Size 6 is more of an 8. Same response 30% refund keep the shoes… deceiving the public and getting away with it.

Exactly the same experience as everybody else on here...the jacket arrived, sleeves far too short, waist too high and poor quality. Have been offered a 30% refund and to keep a jacket I can't wear. Absolute rubbish. So much for the London address, 30 moneyback guarantee and returns policy! If I could give no stars I would.

Saw jacket advertise on FB looked lovely,when it eventually arrived (from China not London),it was nothing like the advertisement.Very poor quality and zip doesn’t work properly,it looks like a bed sheet !

jacket arrived today I’m a UK size 10 but took large and not only is the material rubbish the size looks more like a child’s doesn’t even meet on me this company needs to be shut down as they are charging big prices for absolute garbage

Similar to other reviews I ordered from this company believing it to be a UK based outlet then found the items were being shipped direct from China. I received the items weeks later and they are not as described. One of the items is particularly rubbish and does not fit but there is no return address included to return it.
On their fake website it says:

We love our Products and are sure you will too! That's why we offer a 30-day risk-free trial. THIS IS NOT TRUE! I have contacted loxinova.com several times to return this item and no one replies. Their telephone number on their website is fake. It has been 10 days of this and I have now received an email from some Isabella, asking me to take a picture of the product so she can check it! Check what! I feel so mad at this and I am not going to stop here, my next step is legal action to remove this scammer from the face of the internet world and so should Facebook.

As everybody is saying on here do not buy from this company, they dont answer your emails, the goods dont turn up and you are basically out of pocket.

Poor quality item! Too small (despite following their sizing chart) So contacted to return. Told to send photos, then to return at my own expense, this was to China so would have cost more than the value of the item 🤦🏻‍♀️
Then offered 30% refund!
What happened to statutory rights?!

Order some shoes and received an email they were not in stock. I’ve asked to cancel my order and refund the money but as yet nothing! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!!

What a dreadful company. I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased from them. The coat in question, when it arrived, was a completely different colour and very bad quality, it was also too small. On trying to return it, I too was offered 30% refund, as other people have said, the return address is china!
I was not prepared to accept this, and emailed them my dissatisfaction with this offer. All I received in response, was an Email saying they were refunding me 30% of the cost, equalling £6.00. My coat cost £34.99..30% of that is NOT £6.00. Should be £10.50

As 99% describe on this site, the company is not genuine. We are still pursuing refund but having to involve our credit card company.

Do not spend your money on this business. Shady is an understatement! They also advertise as Thea London so avoid looking at that site too. They go silent when you want to return something and then try to negotiate giving back just 30% refund as the goods have to be sent back to China! Negotiating on a refund??! Advertising that they are a London shop?! We have all been done. Spread the word as want them to be shut down!

Really wish I’d read the reviews before buying from this site! That’s a lesson to me. The jacket I received is nothing like the picture. It’s terrible quality. Unwearable. I asked for a returns label and they offered me an alternative- 30% off but keep the jacket but I said no, I want a full refund. Not heard from them again! AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
