Like other reviews this company is a scam. The dress on the model is nothing like the item I received. I can't even begin to say how annoying this is. I would avoid them like the plague. £29.99 wasted never mind the time spent emailing them and sending photos. AVOID.

Quality rubbish, poor fit, still haven't heard back from them on how to return the jacket to get a refund. Now taking up my complaint with my credit card company. Don't buy from them, total scam, goods from China

Brought this coat- Took ages to come not even the same jacket as the picture and two small. Ask for a refund as to small was offered 30% of the Jacket and keep it. You have to email to get a refund. I declined the offer and asked for a returns label and they haven’t answered. Do not buy from here.

Avoid this company- jacket arrived yesterday very thin and half the rivets missing on one sleeve - needless to say no reply from an email - AVOID AVOID 😢

Wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering the trench jacket which popped up as a FB advert. Delivery took about 3 weeks and is clearly direct from China, no details as
To how to return the item which is like it’s made from a cotton sheet! It is really thin and more like a shirt than a jacket, also it doesn’t fit so I should be entitled to return it but there’s no info on how to do this. ! Tried emailing as their order confirmation and website suggests but no response at all. Contacted my bank as purchased on my credit card, but bank say there’s nothing they can do.
So I managed to get a response via messenger. They offered me 30% refund and then 50%. I said no and sent them this which is on their website but they have now stopped responding

So I agreed to take the 70% and then never heard another word from them and no response see to my messages. What a surprise!
I’ve reported to Trading Standards but they don’t seem to been able to do anything.

This really is a scam….from the company name with ‘UK’ in the name to the fake uk mobile number on the website which, when you dial the number is ‘unrecognised’!, I cannot get them to agree to returning the item I bought. It arrived and it was literally twice my size! I will be contacting my credit card company today

I wish I had read these emails first the canvas jacket looks like a dishcloth! Now they have offered 30% off!! And keep jacket! Expansive dish cloth !! It’s too small, zip don’t work, material is awful !

Wish I had read the reviews! Feel like an idiot! Got my jacket this morning after a month and it is going in the charity bag. Load of cheap rubbish. What a scam company. Do not order from them at all. I have learned a lesson but still very mad. Adding the word London makes you think it is a London based company that you can trust. Will just put this behind me but wish Facebook would vet these people to stop this happening again to others innocent people.

Received my jacket this morning. Like a piece of chewed rag. Nothing like picture at all and looks like a size 12 instead of a 20! Threads hanging off it. Absolute disgrace, certainly did not receive what the picture showed. Total SCAM operating from China obviously. Be warned steer clear!!!

Do not order from this company. Their website leads you to believe it is from a UK company and they do free returns but this is not the case. After waiting 6 weeks for my item, I wanted to return it but all they kept offering was 30% refund and to keep the item. I explained I did not want the item and wanted to return but they would not answer these emails, just kept offering 30% which in the end I accepted. Obviously something wrong with their calculations as well as 30% of £39.99 is not £8. Steer well clear.

No option to leave zero stars sadly. Ordered 2 jackets thinking it was a uk company. Took ages to arrive & are nothing like the picture I saw when I ordered! Poor quality & too small. Asked how to return the items only to be offered a 30% refund & keep the items which I already told them were poor quality & too small. Have asked for a full refund but they advised, as I have to return stuff to China, I should accept their offer. Please don't buy anything from the site, it's rubbish. Contacting the bank to do a chargeback.

My item did not arrive for 3 weeks it was of poor quality, not the same colour as advertised and trying to return is a joke .I have sent dozens of emails with no response .

Beware of this company. Jacket I ordered is very poor quality not fit for purpose, sizing is very small. I thought it was a uk company as it stated loxinova uk. But they are based in China. I have sent numerous emails to request a return but haven't recieved a reply. I am now going to contact my bank.
