Nursing and Support 

I would highly recommend Jane. A lovely lady, who has no trouble making her clients feel 100% cared for with her full attention. She has been brilliant with my husband who has Alzheimer’s.

Jane has been supporting my elderly mum for the past couple of months and has made such a difference in our lives. She’s extremely reliable, professional, knowledgeable and caring and her natural cheerful outlook brightens my mum’s day; not sure what we’d do without her! I would recommend Jane 100%.

Jane has been amazing and a total godsend for my family and mentally handicapped brother Richard.Through the last year his mental health has suffered with him not being able to go to his day centre.
We brought Jane in to take him out and support him. From the start we could see how caring and compassionate she was to my brothers situation. Jane was extremely professional in getting all the background info to make sure she could meet my brothers needs.
Richard loves their days out and so looks forward to seeing her. Jane tailored each visit to vary their time out together to give my brother variety.
Due to various hospital appointments for Rich Jane has always tried to help us and remain flexible where possible.
We have seen a huge change in Richards mental health, due to Jane’s caring, compassionate and professional ability and as a family we are so grateful.
She is so genuine.

I asked my brother last week how he got on with her, he summed his afternoon up in one word.

‘Perfect’

Jane was recommended and I am very pleased to say that I felt we connected from day one.
Jane helps look after my daughter who is non verbal and has learning difficulties/epileptic.
Very satisfied and happy to have found Jane.

I fell and broke my shoulder and needed help with personal care, especially with showering and washing and drying my hair. For 6 weeks Jane visited me twice a week to do this and during this time she helped me to have a shower and dress. I shall be forever grateful to her for providing this service for me.

She also took me to the fracture clinic at the local hospital. She certainly provided a 5 star service.

It was easy for me to become friends with Jane and I hope we can keep in touch.

I would not hesitate to recommend Jane to anyone who needs nursing help.

Jane has been fantastic looking after my mum since dad died and fully embodies the term “loyal companion”. Jane has been able to handle some tough situations with mum, especially when she’s had a few “wobbles” with confusion and frustration with her situation. Jane brings a sense of stability to situations and is as at home working through hard problems as well as celebrating wins that mum has.

Since Jane started visiting Mum there have been significant improvements in the quality of her life and sense of being able to handle this new phase of her life. Jane’s presence has also bought a sense of comfort to myself who leaves overseas. Knowing that Jane is there and able to help is wonderful.

Finally, we have seen Jane go above and beyond on numerous occasions to ensure that Mum has what she needs, especially so when mum is struggling. I fully and unreservedly recommend Jane.

Jane has provided great support and companionship listening and chatting to our 97yr old aunt on a regular basis, so much so that we have been able to have a week away, knowing Jane is supporting her. Jane, as her loyal companion, brings us a lot of comfort that Auntie Muriel as someone to chat to and breaks up her day. Thank you for the updates and your continuing support for Muriel. We cannot recommend you highly enough. Thank you.

Jane is a very good companion who is funny and bubbly and my wife likes her very much.

Thank you so much Jane for caring for my mother whilst my father had to visit hospital. You provided excellent support, over many hours, for my mother who has dementia . Your feedback to me and my brother was so reassuring. I just wish I had been able to persuade my father that he should have regular support from you, perhaps that will come -I really hope so. I am so glad I found Jane from Loyal Companion to help my dad after we lost our mum. She is very kind considerate and has been a great help to my dad both with jobs in the house but also with helping my dad talk about how he is feeling. She gives me an update every week after her visit and lets me know if she is concerned about anything. My dad was unsure about someone other than family coming to the house at first but now he looks forward to Jane’s visits and enjoys her company. She is very professional and I would highly recommend her.

I couldn't have wished for anyone lovely to be my companion. Jane from Loyal Companion is respectful, kind and fun to be with. She helps me with small gardening tasks and generally keeps me company. She's a wonderful listener with nothing being to much trouble.
