Excellent service
Friendly, knowledgeable service. Items arrived within 48 hours. I took the wrong measurements so cylinders had to be returned and replaced. All done with no fuss; emails and tracking to keep me informed. Refund for returned items - no quibbles. Not sure what they could do to improve. Excellent!

Good website and communication. Price is competitive. Delivery is archaic. No idea of when the delivery will arrive. Same day I had a parasol delivered they gave a time slot, the driver phoned half an hour before arrival.
Worth paying extra if it costs anything.

Helpful camper-van accessories supplier.
The selection and purchase were fine, but the product details were not comprehensive. We knew what we wanted, so it was not a big deal.
Delivery was as expected, though the packaging was, perhaps, excessive.
Overall, the company has been good to use and would use again for any camper van needs.

Called for some help with a leak from an LPG tank fill point that LPG Shop did not supply and they gave their advice for which no purchase was necessary. If it turns out that I do need some spare parts I will be sure to return to them to repay them for the generosity!

Really really helpful and friendly. Told me EXACTLY what I needed (and more to the point…didn’t need!) to add a 2nd LPG tank to my motorhome. Unlike that waste of space company Dragon Products who were abysmal.

Item was fine and good value, but I ordered at 12.30pm and delivery came 2 days later, with damage to the box. At £6.99 for shipping, I really expect next day delivery and better packaging.

I'm very sorry that your parcel wasn't delivered as promised the next day.
We did everything as usual - parcel dispatched on time, the brass adaptors packed in the separate bubble wrap envelopes so they don't get damaged, then all of that has been placed inside of the double wall box however the courier on shift found the way to get the parcel ripped. We are very sorry from the bottom of our hearts but we couldn't do anything to speed this up.
I hope you'll need our products in the future - we will offer you a free shipping next time!

Ordered my safe fill tank on the Tuesday, straight after getting advice from the seller about what I needed, all good.
Hassle free delivery to northern Ireland product was delivered to my door by Saturday and Friday was good Friday so a non post day.
