​If you care about your hard-earned money, your time, and your clean passport record, DO NOT give a single rupee to LPO Holidays Pvt Ltd (Andheri East, Mumbai).
​As a senior citizen, here is the exact trap they used on me:
​1. No Fixed Dates, No Real Policies & The Bait-and-Switch: They refuse to give you fixed travel dates, leaving you completely stranded. They never show or give you any government-approved terms, conditions, or official rules at the start. They deliberately hide this information just to harass travelers later on by making up their own rules as they go. They act very friendly until they take your money (making me split ₹90,000/- into different UPI accounts). Once paid, they stop answering. No hotel details, no flight tickets, and zero booking proofs were ever given to me.
​2. Dangerous Visa Documents: For my Schengen Visa application, they made two completely different travel plans (one fake plan to show the Embassy, and a different one for actual travel). Their official visa letter listed a contact person with a dead, invalid phone number. This puts any innocent traveler at risk of visa rejection and getting banned from Europe.
​3. False Financial Declarations: Documents in my hands prove that the company secretly lied to a foreign embassy, claiming they received ₹1,65,000/- from me, which completely contradicts the actual payment.
​4. Fake WhatsApp Groups: They put you in big WhatsApp groups with 40+ people to make it look like a smooth "group tour." In reality, many of these accounts are their own staff members used to crowd the chat and drown out your complaints.
​5. Money Held Hostage & Legal Bullying: They have no complaint redressal mechanism. The Director (Mr. Sushil Tibrewal) completely ignores emails. The moment you demand your rightful refund, they try to scare you with their legal adviser/advocate. Even if you are extremely polite and beg for a peaceful settlement, the advocate aggressively pounces on you with heavy threats of "defamation cases" to terrify you into giving up your money.
​6. The "No Booking Found" Copy-Paste Defense: When hundreds of cheated people write honest negative reviews here, this agency uses a shameless, robotic script to defend themselves. They immediately reply: "Sorry, we did not find any booking under your name," followed by another threat of a defamation lawsuit. They do this to trick the public and try to get honest reviews taken down. Instead of running a hospitality, tour, and travel agency, it feels like they belong in the business of supplying aggressive corporate bouncers, street boxers, and legal extortionists to bulldoze innocent people.
​FACT-CHECK THE PUBLIC RECORDS BY YOURSELF:
Do not just take my word for it. Go to Google and search for consumer court records (DCDRC) against this company across India. You will see shocking legal cases where innocent travelers used this agency’s wrong documents. When they landed abroad, foreign border police arrested them, threw them in prison for days, and deported them back to India where they faced even more harassment by airport authorities. Also, look up statements online from their own ex-employees who expose that the company forces staff to write fake positive reviews to hide this trap.
​FINAL VERDICT: My visa obtained after spending huge amount and administrative hassles is now completely useless because of their double-itinerary trap, and my money is gone. I have filed formal criminal complaints—though individual complaints seem to make no difference to them, as it is their dark expertise to not care or manage and brush off multiple cases which are going against them everyday everywhere. But a simple, innocent, or respectable citizen can neither afford to forgo their hard-earned money, nor easily fight this institutional harassment, and definitely suffers immense trauma at their hands.

*** Fraud Commitment ***

On 27 May 2026, I paid ₹40,000 to LPO Holidays for a Europe tour package. The agent gave me the following commitments on WhatsApp — which I have shared screenshots of:

1. "Full refund hota he" — when I asked about cancellation policy
2. "Visa ke pehle batana hoga... Visa ke baad inform karoge to visa charges katega" — clearly stating cancellation BEFORE visa = full refund

On 3 June 2026 — within 7 days after payment, well before any visa process — I informed your agent of cancellation due to a personal emergency.

Your agent acknowledged and promised to process the refund. Then began 17 days of:
- False promises: "Kal morning update", "Kal pakka final kar dunga"
- Excuses: "Office nahi gaya", "Meeting mein hu"
- Complete avoidance: Stopped picking my calls

Finally, on 17 June, your team claimed "cancellation policy applies" — directly contradicting your own agent's written commitment.

There cannot be an experience more pathetic. Fraud. Read my Google review for a detailed feedback about this agency. They threaten women not to post negative reviews about LPO on the website.

I am surprised to see positive reviews about the tour conducted by LPO Holidays.

During the Malaysia–Singapore tour (05.05.2026 to 11.05.2026), our group of 12 (9 adults and 3 children) faced several issues:

Important documents such as visas, hotel vouchers, and insurance were provided only a few hours before departure.

A tour guide was promised but canceled at the last minute, with only remote support offered instead.

Participant details were not shared in advance, and the WhatsApp group was created only hours before departure.

The accommodation and services were below expectations. Dinners were arranged at restaurants 2–3 km away, requiring daily walks.

We were mistakenly dropped at the wrong cruise terminal and missed the Malaysia–Singapore cruise, a key part of the tour.

After traveling to Singapore by road, we arrived late at night and found that no hotel accommodation had been arranged.

One group member had to buy a new flight ticket after a cancellation, and the refund reportedly received from the airline has not been passed on to him.

I am sharing this experience so that prospective travelers can make informed decisions before booking with this tour operator.

I did Japan Korea in Dec 25, It was way too Pathetic Experience..

Their Sales Agents are Cheaters Especially Vishal & Operation Guy Sabir - Highly Unprofessionals & Their Intention is Very Clear of Looting Customers & Adding Revenue to their Profits n Targets in the Best Possible ways.

I want to share my recent solo trip experience in Europe with LPO Holidays, which was incredible—especially thanks to Mr. Nasir sir, our tour guide.

The itinerary was perfectly balanced, and Mr. Nasir was exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate about sharing fascinating insights, making each day a remarkable experience. The hotels were comfortable and well-located, and the food was excellent. Our tour driver, Mr. Andres, was punctual and skilled.

Mr. Nasir took great care of everyone's dietary needs; he is kind and humble. He personally served our meals and even helped the hotel staff by cleaning the tables when someone forgot to do so.

I began this trip as a solo traveler but returned with 44 new family members and unforgettable moments, including time with Mr. Nasir. I received immense love and care from all my travel companions, who have now become like family to me—Bhaiya, Bhabi, Uncle, Aunty, and even Mamaji🤭—along with a cute little niece named Simrit. We had a wonderful time together.

It’s difficult to convey the special bond we formed during this trip in just a few words. We were singing and laughing together constantly—it was an amazing experience.

The entire trip felt personalized and stress-free, allowing us to truly immerse ourselves in the beauty and diverse cultures of Europe. I highly recommend Mr. Nasir to anyone seeking an unforgettable adventure.

I am Md Rakib Hassan, one of the employee of LPO Holidays . I have worked at LPO Holidays as a sales Team Leader for 1.9 Years but I had to leave the job due to salary related issue .

It is a very unprofessional and fraud company . LPO Holidays Director Mr.Sushil Tibrewal & his company both are frauds . When I joined the company, at that time Mr. Sushil Tibrewal had said that we will release the salary and incentives on time but after Joining every month, sometimes the salary was received on the 20th, sometimes on the 25th and sometimes after two months and didn't give any incentive in 1 year . And moreover they also don't give offer letter , Salary slip, PF etc . to the employee.

And they don't even give refunds to the customer. If you booked their holiday package and after booking your visa got reject they don't refund your money year after year.

Well, as per company policy the sales person tell you at that time of the booking that you will get refund your money within 11 to 12 weeks after got visa reject but nothing like this happens unless you lodge a complaint with the police or you come to the company with local persons and take action.

It was a very bad experience to work with LPO. Most of the guests are there who call on a daily basis to refund their money but they didn't pick the guest calls and also don't reply the guest msg. I have lot of screenshot and also guest number who not getting refund their money yet.

And all the reviews of the company on Google, Trip Advisor ,Justdial,and Mouthshut are all given from the phone of the company's employees. I have valid proof .There are some reviews which have been given by guests and the rest are given from the employee's phone

I have given a proper resignation and left the company on 15th October but till now I have not received my salary and incentives(it's approx 96,000).So i request all of you who want to book tour package from LPO. Please don't book your tour package from LPO Holidays , don't waste your time and money.It is very big fraud company.

I recently traveled to Europe with my wife and our 5-month-old daughter, and we chose LPO Holidays for our trip. From start to finish, it was an incredible experience! The entire tour was well-organized, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free journey for us, especially with an infant.

A special thanks to our tour manager, Hemant, who managed everything exceptionally well. His attention to detail and coordination made sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable trip. Every aspect of the tour—from accommodation to transportation and sightseeing—was thoughtfully arranged, making our experience stress-free.

We were also fortunate to have an excellent tour guide, Karim, who was highly professional and knowledgeable. His insights into Egyptian history and culture added great depth to our journey, making it even more enriching.

The entire trip was meticulously planned and executed, allowing us to make beautiful memories as a family. We truly appreciate LPO Holidays for their outstanding service and seamless arrangements. Without a doubt, we look forward to booking more trips with LPO in the future!
