Absolutely in love with my Lucia bag

Absolutely in love with my Lucia bag, I use it everyday and always receive compliments on it. Such great quality and embossing for that personal touch.

Great customer service from the team too.

I’ll be back for my next purchase soon!!

Will not order again…

I have ordered from LRM multiple times and the bag I have just ordered came and my initials were on the back of the bag in the wrong place so they asked me to send it back and they would refund me the postage and send out a new bag I had to chase them up to refund the postage the new bag they sent out the tag came off on the first use their reply was to close the gap myself with a pair of pliers? I could but it’s not the point when you spend £92 on a bag I didn’t like the customer service I recieved on this order and will now not order from them again!

Avoid !

It would not let me give a 1 star !
I bought my wife a bag from there site .. at first they were great has i forgot to add the personal name so I quickly emailed them and the sorted it bag arrived next day
Bag was ordered for a birthday present at the cost of £150 the bag arrived and it was poor quality stitching undone I'm a few places just didn't look professional at all was promised a 10 percent refund but that never happened a very disappointed

Excellent quality and customer services

Love the quality of the products (I’ve got a collection of 4 now!) and have always had prompt replies from their lovely customer services team. They even upgraded my shipping when I selected the wrong one and needed my purchase the next day. Will definitely be adding to my collection again!

Terrible customer service

I can’t comment on the quality of the bags / purses because I didn’t receive my order from LRM. They have been so unhelpful, ignored some of my emails and haven’t offered to refund or replace the items from my order. Just a warning that LRM customer service is terrible if something goes wrong.

Gift for Bride

Bought a bag for my daughter as her Wedding Day gift with her new initials on. She was delighted as her LRM bag us a favourite. This time I bought a navy mock Croc finish. So gorgeous and she loved it!

Strap broken

Strap broken, impossible to repair, as they have put a piece of leather over screw, was told they will do nothing about it, as purchased for a gift 6 months ago, and their policy is no refunds or replacements, after 6 months, and they do not carry out repairs. Quality of bags for that price are poor. Not fit for purpose and shocking customer service. Do not buy from this firm!

Awful

I’ve written my experience on here already but my review seems to have been removed. Awful customer service as others have mentioned.

Quality of the leather is awful that the front of the bag was badly scratched so sent it back for repair. They did repair the bag some of the damage but still there, which I had accepted. Once the second time when the bag was sent out to me did I check inside the bag as I hadn’t even looked inside or removed the stuffing. It as then I had notice the damage inside so informed the company as they were two large slash marks.

I contacted them immediately was told it was out of the 7 days warranty, but under The consumers rights act 2015, I have the right to return as the bag was sold to me as damaged which wasn’t notified to me.

I informed the company but they had the right to accuse me of doing it. Disputing this and trying to get money back

Love the quality of LRM bags

Love the quality of LRM bags. I just ordered two new ones for Christmas the Lola Tote and Loki. Having just become a Mum I wanted bigger bags so I can pack all the essentials. Lola tote is so spacious, really soft leather & looks fab. The Loki is great if you’re looking for a cross body bag that is stylish but fits so much…perfect for day or night. Love the personalisation & the service is always excellent. Will definitely be ordering more!

Lovely company and BEAUTIFUL bags

Lovely company and BEAUTIFUL bags - I have both the Loki in gold and the Lola in tan- I use the Lola every day for work and it fits EVERYTHING - and the Loki at the weekends. I get lots of compliments - I think they are a really reasonable price for genuine leather bags - I bought three as Christmas gifts.

Amazing bags!

I now have two gorgeous LRM bags, the green Lucia, which I bought for myself and the gold Loki, which I got given for Christmas! The only problem is I can see myself getting more!! The gold leather is the perfect colour, exactly what I was looking for. Metallic but not too shiny. I am thrilled with them both!

Great quality!

I have purchased 2 bags from LRM so far and I honestly love them both so much. The quality of the both are fantastic and I love the styles. I especially love my name embossed on them and I feel like it adds a classy and personal touch to them. Overall my experience with LRM has been amazing and I will definitely be purchasing more in the future!
