Customer service and wrong strap

I ordered a bag, paid for 3 days delivery, it never came, after numerous phone calls and emails and the promise of it being posted I eventually received the bag about 4 weeks later but not with the right strap, I have now emailed 5 times with no response to any of these emails, customer service is terrible!

Fantastic customer service

Hi, I just wanted to say thank you so much for adjusting my delivery to come after our holiday. The bag has arrived and it is beautiful. Thank you so much your customer service has been amazing. This is my 3rd purchase and I will definetly be coming back for more.

Excellent

Fabulous Ellen bag exactly as described. Arrived very quickly. I needed to contact them (on chat) regarding delivery, they were very helpful and I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Good price too .

Gorgeous bags & amazing customer service

I recently bought a Pippa bag which is the perfect size with gorgeous leather I did however prefer another colour I contacted LRM Rachel was unbelievably helpful couldn’t do enough and sourced the colour I wanted I also bought 2 more pippa bags I love the soft leather and gold zip and buckles looks so expensive would love a bright yellow to go with my DM ‘s

The Fleur Hip Bag of dreams

I went to their new shop and bought the lovely new the new Fleur Hip Bag in cream. It is such a great size as you can fit a lot in it but it doesn’t seem to bulky to wear. Looks great with the selection of straps I already had. The adjustable strap lengths are really handy for someone who is very tall.

Love the Rosie and Pippa bags I recently bought for my sister and I. The style, colours and finish are amazing. Love the personalisation of the bags too! Very happy with the service and our purchases, we will be buying more bags soon!

Love my LRM bags!

I have many bags from LRM and they are all such great quality. Delivery was fast and when I had a small issue with the zip of one bag the customer service team were excellent and sorted the issue quickly.

Lovely quality bags

Very efficient, personal service. I have invested in many bags and finally I have found a bag from LRM that is made from the best materials, looks great and is very practical. I have 3 teenagers that don’t believe in putting anything in a bag but now they have a Pippa hip bag they take it everywhere.
I intend to invest in more LRM bags to add to my collection.Well done LRM

I absolutely love my LRM bags

I absolutely love my LRM bags! I have three bags, a purse, and a makeup bag, and I use them all regularly. I am completely the target market for…

I am completely the target market for these bags. I love the quality and that they do not have massive logos all over them which I find tacky. The designs look great, are practical and I’m often asked where my three bags are from so I absolutely steer people to the website. The personalisation is also a lovely bonus, included in the price. Looking to buy a heart shaped one for my daughters birthday. LOVE!!!!

The worst company

The worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I sent back a FAULTY bag at my expense. I received a credit note code which didn't work to buy another bag. I was promised £39.99 will be refunded to me and I am now at 24 emails to company. The ladies are running this comapny into the ground item by item and losing clients left right and centre. Shameful treatment of clients and still have the nerve to ask on IG "why do you only buy bags on sale from us? " I suspect I will never be refunded. Out of pocket too for over £100.

You purchased a sale item that you weren't happy with the quality, understandably we sent a credit note out to use on our website as our sale items are non-refundable. Unfortunately, after several attempts, the credit note didn't work on your end. So we suggested you purchase the item and receive a refund, which was actioned this morning. I am a little confused as to why you have left us such a negative review when we have done exactly what was asked and your replacement bag arrived yesterday. Communication has been a little slower than usual as we are a very small team and balancing summer holidays like most small businesses. I have 3 LRM bags and 1 due to arrive…

I have 3 LRM bags and 1 due to arrive tomorrow. I am in love with each one. Delivery is very quick, the bag comes very carefully packaged and the quality will not disappoint. The Emma bag is perfect size for me as a type 1 diabetic I am able to carry my insulin, testing kit and a small sugary drink, all organised perfect and easy to find. Thank you, one very happy customer here.
