Gorgeous glasses
Gorgeous glasses! The blue and green hies are both stunning. Love the thin glass with just a touch of texture. I also got some clear ones which are super clean looking and modern. All elevate drinking water, ice tea or cocktails.

I ordered some juice glasses
I ordered some juice glasses, and have not received them yet. They were shipped FedEx with a signature required for delivery. I have missed the delivery truck three times and they require me to be here to sign in person. For juice glasses??? Ugh

To ensure the safe delivery of your order, FedEx currently requests a signature on delivery from someone at the address. If this is not possible, they may leave your order with a neighbour who is able to sign for it. It is possible to adjust your in-flight options via the FedEx website, too, by entering the tracking ID provided in your LSA despatch confirmation.
That said, we appreciate your feedback, have taken your points on board and will consider whether we can make improvements in this area - particularly for orders containing lower value items. Many thanks.
Deceptive pictures on website-
I bought the pink champagne glasses. The pictures show extremely pink glasses. which are deceptive, because the glasses are barely tinted pink. Very disappointed
Update to original review. Steve reached out to me from ISA and couldn’t have been more helpful. They took my concerns seriously and will be making changes. The glasses are actually very nice, just not pink enough, but I can recommend them if you’re looking for something different. Outstanding Company. I will certainly be ordering from them again.
