Good product quick service and shipping

Scott's handling of post-purchase customer service left much to be desired, turning a potential good experience into a frustrating one. I wouldn't recommend this company to Canadians and Americans. The slight savings are offset by shipping fees, and dealing with issues is challenging due to the company's foreign location, which involves high liability risks.

I’ve been a loyal customer of LSF Dermal Fillers for over a year, spending around £20,000 per month on their products. Unfortunately, my experience since August has been incredibly disappointing.

They’ve been having ongoing issues with DHL, as their shipping account is apparently not approved for liquids. Because of that, my two orders placed since August (it’s now October) are still stuck at the DHL branch in their city, and I haven’t received either the shipments or a refund.

It’s been over 10 weeks, and instead of taking responsibility or issuing a refund, they’ve told me they can’t do anything until DHL returns the packages. Frankly, I don’t see how this should be my problem as a paying customer.

This is not how a professional company should treat a long-term, high-volume customer. I’m deeply disappointed by the lack of communication, accountability, and customer care. I truly hope they resolve these issues soon — but as of now, I cannot recommend LSF Dermal Fillers to anyone.

Bad after purchase costumer service, Scott ruined this purchase so much, don't buy from them to all Canadian and American folks. The small amount of saving is coming off the shipment fee and trust me you would have a hard time if anything happen, this is coming from a foreigner country, high liability.

I’ve had nothing but the best experience with LSF! The shipping is lightening fast and orders are packaged beautifully! I wish shipping was a bit cheaper because I’d be ordering all the time but maybe that’s a good thing for me lol , I know I live really far and it cost a lot to ship over so I understand. Nonetheless my experience here is great! 🫶

They always do their best to accommodate my special requests. Even with the time difference they are always responsive and helpful.

Sent fake product (aqua***) to me and refused to make amends. Product said for external use only and do not inject. Do not order from here find another legitimate source.

Quick processing and delivery.

I have been ordering from this company for the past few years. Their products are all authentic and reliable. Their turnaround delivery time is unbelievably quick. Most importantly they have amazing customer service. They respond to emails very quickly and take care of all issues if any. I had an experience with Katherine Marson and she was absolutely amazing. She took care of me in the most professional manner.
