The company responded to my review and support requests and refunded my money! Hopefully the subscription is cancelled! I appreciate that they finally responded and reimbursed us. I hope they look into how so many people were unintentionally signed up to the subscription.
I have the same issue as Deborah. I was signed up for a subscription without my knowledge. I thought I was making a one time purchase of the serum. Wanted to try first before making any kind of commitment. I made an account and did not see anything about subscriptions. With that said I was surprised to get an email saying my order was on the way. I contacted support and explained my situation. The support person said that cancelled future shipments but I don’t trust them. Support is ran by an independent company and was not authorized to offer a refund. When the packaged arrived I refused it and sent an email to support. I have not heard back.

Finally found something that actually works
I've tried every cream and moisturizer out there. Nothing worked long-term. Started taking Lubracil Oral Softgels about 8 weeks ago and the difference is incredible. If I could give it zero stars I would
If I could give it zero stars I would. The product did not do a thing for me. I returned the product per their instructions which included paying for the shipping myself and providing a tracking number. They received the product and it’s been three months now and all I get is that they are expediting my refund. Every time I contact them, I get the same answer. I don’t think I’ll ever see my refund. This company is bogus.
After this review they have replied that they would like to make it right, and that I should contact their customer support. Actually, I HAVE contacted them 12 times since 11-11-26 when I started the refund process. It's been futile. I got yet another reply today saying they will work at getting me my refund as quickly as possible. I'm still waiting after 3 months. I don't think they intend to give it to me. Pathetic!
Update: After 3 months of begging and leaving negative reviews, I FINALLY got my refund. I hope the product works for others. I would just give a word of caution that their customer service is the most frustrating group I've ever dealt with. I hope they can improve, but buyer beware.

The website is aggressively not letting the consumer "undo" the checked box for signing up for their subscription.
Support emails with them are a joke.
Automatically took my money 15 days from the purchase date.
I did not receive the product for a week. They did not alert me to the Automatic payment. Lubacil just quietly takes the money. When that happened I could only email or chat which makes this even more frustrating. They tell you no, because you checked the box but really you can NOT un check it. Also, the website is aggressive that you should upgrade because you don't want not be able to get the product. ANOTHER SCAM! Very sad that they rip off people that just want to be healthy..
Thats the scam and the poor customer service. Zero starts. Good luck if you purchase from them. Negative..no support.

DO NOT order from this company. The cream which I used one time caused itchiness and distress, so much so that I'm still suffering days later. I asked for a refund and their refund policy is so strict as to be ludicrous. You have to use it for 60 days - why would I when one use caused so much pain. They do not refund for side effects- which are not spelled out anywhere on the website, on the box the cream came in nor any insert in the Box or on the tube itself. Dangerous and deceptive practices, preying on vulnerable menopausal women looking for any kind of relief.
Stay far away, don't waste your time on this trap of a company.

Seems to be helping more than one issue.
I like this product. I started on 8/11/25. Taking 1 soft gel 2x day. I tried to get the special that was running in Sept, I believe. A bogo. I tried and tried to place an order but it never would go through though. So I've been paying full price through Amazon. Would it have worked if I went through your website?

I ordered Qty 3 a three box unit
I ordered a three box unit. And a "Quantity of three". Which was the maximum allowed. (Tried to order four).
So I expected nine boxes.
Only received three.
The online chat wasn't answered. Was on hold for phone forever and then the excuses began before I could explain the situation.
Yep. They said "they were not responsible for missed delivery by usps. "
I said no. Don't try that one me. Usps delivered..you failed to send a complete order. I.am a Certified Fraud Examiner and the package is too small to contain quantity of nine. It is only 0.75 pounds.
Then the agent blah blah blah...will send to management for review.
Nothing about we try to do our very best, we value you as a client. Nope. None of that
Just dancing a little Texas ho-house sidestep. Right off the bat.
I like the product. But being shorted and then disrespected. Not so much.
Seems like customer service is just a clearing house and doesn't work for lubracil.
I don't trust these guys.

Lubracil Gel Tablets
Im submitting this review to receive my free product as I have been using Lubracil gel tablets and vulva cream for about four months now. My vagina looks healthier but dryness is still somewhat of a problem. I'm hoping for moisture increase as I continue use. Not giving up. I like that it's all natural. I have a pharmacy of products that claim to give relief from dryness and pain with intercourse. None have worked. So Lubracil I'm still rooting for change.
